I walked in and asked the workers who made the best coffee, initially no one put there hand up, BUT then all of a sudden from the background a voice appeared, I will make your coffee! It’s strength was perfect for me and I would certainly grab anyone if I was in town. 🙏🏻✊

I haven't been to Gloria Jeans in ages and now i remember why, yeah not the best coffee. I ordered my coffee with sugar, upon receiving it I tasted it and felt it needed more sugar. I asked if I could have another sugar and the girl said to me 'it's over there' and reminded me how much sugar was already in there. What she should've done was be more friendly for a start and added more sugar herself. Sorry but that's poor customer service but i guess it goes well with the poor coffee.

Drink tasted ok, syrup wasn't stirred in so I just got a giant mouthful of syrup and they didn't have any straws for the iced coffee so I had to wonder around to find one just to be able to drink it.

Hot chocolate was only half full, the rest was foam, coffee was bitter, watery and burnt tasting and completely unenjoyable and the egg and bacon toastie was so gross the scrambled egg on it tasted off and was mixed with bbq sauce yuck. Now the scones were great and not dry at all, the hot chocolate whilst only half full was delicious and the service was friendly enough and acceptable. Would I come again? Yeah probably not

No personality from any staff it's like they hate being there. Coffee was ok. Spilt drinks, no apology with other customers. Closes and opens when they feel like it. Sandwich served in a box that doesn't fit. Very unprofessional

Has really gone down hill lately.Ordered 3 coffee's and they were all well below average. Burnt, way too hot . Seems to have lost care factor unfortunately as used to be very good.

We’ve been here a few times and have decided to look elsewhere for coffee in the future. The staff are always miserable and never inviting, and the facility itself looks rundown and dirty. Shame as we do like the coffee.

Coffee and scones always good, but I do find that some of the staff can be very off and miserable.
