I always enjoy my latte and ZBR from Zarraffas, the staff are friendly and make sure I sometimes get a free coffee thanks to my Z-card membership. The delicious smell of the store, even through drive through, makes me feel warm and happy. Thanks team!!

Bad Coffee all the time. Too many visits in the morning and yet still had the same results, bad coffee. It’s either not what I’ve ordered, cold or just drinking dirty water. Not Happy and you guys need to up your skills

I don't visit Zaraffa's often and sometimes I require some assistance to figure out what drink I want. The staff are friendly and quick to serve at this store every time I have come and as always able to provide a really good product.

I came in today to find the usual bell was not there. The bell was effective and made sure i got served quickly but is now gone. very disappointed.

Poor attitude for the young lady that served me today, and the coffee was was not up to brand standards.
