Just ordered my popcorn chicken snack box and the chips taste like mould.. the cup wasnt filled and the cup is filled at least to 2cm from the tip of the cup.. disappointed! Not to mention there are 6 customers waiting and while the young lady was too busy exchanging stories of personal issues.. thjs place is a disgrace! Retrain please! The frozen raspberry was tops!

Horrible service. Forgot an entire burger and didn’t tell us that they couldn’t make a drink when we ordered it so we had to wait another 15 minutes until the rest of our incomplete order. Worst KFC ever. Either train your staff better customer service or stop hiring kids

I had to wait 20mins for my fried chicken order. I wasn't impressed.

They did not get our order right had to go back and ask for our chips and then the guy keep asking are you sure I didn’t and being rude also only got 9 tenders when I ordered 10, got no sauces and no napkins guy didn’t even offer us cups to go with the drink poor service all around

Disgraceful !! Served Thursday. Compare the size of Chicken to their Small Dinner Roll... Greedy business. Insulting !! Poor management and poor corporate support.

Horrible service. They messed up the order more than once, didn’t tell me when I ordered that they couldn’t make my drink. Forgot an entire burger. They clearly aren’t organised even though there were several people working.

Service here takes way too long to receive the food ordered - whether you place the order at the counter or via KFC app. Have visited at different times of the day and days of the week... consistently you're wondering if the staff in the back room are chasing live chickens around to catch and cook or whether they're actually there at all? Feel sorry for the counter staff that do provide good customer service but are left floundering waiting for even hot potato chips to arrive.

Never enough staff, long waits to order, long waits to receive your order. Chaos

Atmosphere: I came around 10:30am on a Friday - mostly tradies having lunch. The dining area seems clean but toilets were filthy. <br/><br/>Food: chicken good - crispy, hot and not too greasy. Burger was fine. <br/><br/>Service: nothing unusual for a KFC outlet. <br/><br/>Verdict: not bad for early on a weekday. Just don't use the toilet!

Let me make it clear - hot and spicy wings are NO SUBSTITUTE for wicked wings. Yes there's a difference. Yes I can always tell when the staff lie and say that they are wicked wings, when they're not.
