The first KFC I've been to in a long time that actually seems to know how to cook chicken, how to serve people properly, and do a great job!
Well done to all the team that were on last night, about 8pm, 9 May 2022. You were all excellent at your jobs, and willing to have a bit of fun and a laugh with us.

had a misunderstanding with the payment and the staff we spoke to were beyond rude for absolutely no reason at all as we were nice and just asking if the order was put through right. the girl that was obviously in charge doesn’t know how to handle these kind of situations respectfully or professionally and was giving us attitude from the beginning even before we asked her to double check if she put the order through right.

Thanks for the terrible service tonight and not adding the sauces that’s required and payed for. People pay good money for food at KFC, the least you can do is get the order right.

Came through the drive through last Saturday with great customer service, served by a blond employee named Ryan, who was extremely polite and made sure my order was made to perfection :) Definantly will be back

very good store indeed. employees are very nice (ryan, hayden, aiden, ruby, charlie, and many more!) would definitely be visiting again nice and sanitary environment. :)

Chicken undercooked, chips still frozen, sauce missing from the bag, rude and inexperienced staff. Quite possibly the worst KFC in the area. Always a disappointment.

Atmosphere: I came around 10:30am on a Friday - mostly tradies having lunch. The dining area seems clean but toilets were filthy. <br/><br/>Food: chicken good - crispy, hot and not too greasy. Burger was fine. <br/><br/>Service: nothing unusual for a KFC outlet. <br/><br/>Verdict: not bad for early on a weekday. Just don't use the toilet!

Let me make it clear - hot and spicy wings are NO SUBSTITUTE for wicked wings. Yes there's a difference. Yes I can always tell when the staff lie and say that they are wicked wings, when they're not.
