First class restaurant with seating overlooking the Lagoon. Can't fault the meals we had. Duck & Rib eye. Menu was dated for the evening we went. Therefore it must change on a regular basis. Depending when supply ship comes in, evening meals are often vegetable-lite. Some nights our meals were pretty average but always good fish on offer - also takeaway fish and chip options! Daytime cabinet food very nice ... great for picnics. Ice cream probably best in town - cone, cup or eat-in.
Good quality and fresh food, variety, service, view and prices considering everything is shipped in.
They told us the menu changes everyday which is true but it was only one item each day.
Breakfasts/lunches were about $25-$30ish and dinners were from $40-$55ish when we were there in 2021.

A great location, lovely coffee and the meals were great.
We had vouchers from Oxley Travel for coffee and a muffin, both were excellent and of course we had to buy some extra muffins!
You can get breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. We self catered mostly but managed brunch, lunch and dinner. Excel
Good base to get coffee, lunch to have in or takeaway. The dinner I had was exceptional, the steak was so tender and the place looks great at night with all the fairy lights.
Awesome food it is absolutely amazing! Best service and very nice staff. Am going back !
in winter there are few options for eating out on Lord Howe Island. The day we arrived (a Sunday) only the Anchorage and the Bowling Club were open. We chose the Anchorage and were very surprised at the quality of food which was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. We returned on Thursday
Excellent food, the chefs here know their trade. Really liked the daily changes to the menu. Service staff a bit up and down but on the whole a very enjoyable experience.
