Fantastic food, service and wine. Can’t recommend it more highly.
Thank you team for hosting our event. Kurt and Deb were fantastic, attentive hosts. Everyone was blown away by your service, knowledge and culinary expertise. Well done team Wandin we’ll be back very soon.
My husband and I had lunch at Wandin Estate, it was nothing but exceptional. The menu was sophisticated and executed to perfection, the prawns were the best both of us have ever had. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to us. It was the best 4 course meal we have had and I would be delighted to recommend this restaurant to anyone. Thank you for your fantastic hospitality to everyone at Wandin Estate.
My friends and I just went for wine tasting and we had such a wonderful time.
Michael and Elize were extremely friendly and accommodated our wine preferences very well.
$10 x person.
We need to go back and try the kitchen and hotel next time.
Very recommended winery to stop by.
The scenic drive to Wandon Cafe was just the beginning of our great experience. We were welcomed by the friendly staff and seated to enjoy the stunning scenery. The wine selection did not disappoint like many restaurants. The menu offered a selection of favorites, including chef’s specialties like the best duck ever. The deserts were so tantalising we had to have two. We look forward to our next visit.
Popped in for lunch. The food and service was outstanding. We had the duck and pork belly with kippler potatoes and seasonal greens paired with their lovely Chardonnay. They also have a beautiful light reserve Shiraz. Lovely experience and recommend.

This place is off the charts, do yourself a favour and have lunch at this restaurant located at Wandin Valley Estate.
Entering the Estate you drive past the picturesque cricket field.
Sit on the verandah and enjoy the views over the lush green scenery of a operating vineyard.
The restaurant itself is located above the cellar with spacious verandah seating and internal seating for those chilly days, it accommodates small or large groups.
The chefs menu offers locally seasonal produce which he uses to deliver quality dishes.
Today we started with the in house Sourdough with Olive Oil, Vincotta, Pistachio Dukkah and the Tomato Bruschetta on the house made Sourdough with Heirloom Tomatoes & Feta.
For the mains we selected the Chef’s Tasting Plate, which consisted of, Twice Cooked Pork Belly, Tempura King Prawns, Saffron Arancini Ball & slow cooked Wagyu Rump.
And a share dish of the Potato Semolina Gnocchi.
The sourdough bread was perfect, soft, flavoursome, perfect to soap up the olive oil and dukkah, although only a simple dish the bruschetta was perfect, fresh tomatoes, crisp clean flavours nestled on the sourdough bread, smako.
The main dish selections were all absolutely lip licking, the star on the dish was definitely the wagyu rump, virtually melted in the mouth with great flavours.
Service was excellent, the staff including the chef were awesome, cheerful, happy to have a chat.
Definitely put this one on your list If you want a great lunch dining experience.
My I’ll go back score, 9/10
Great location for a delicious lunch. We also enjoyed the drive through the scenic Lovedale district & the venue is on beautiful grounds surrounded by nature including the wallabies resting in the lawn. Well presented meals, delicious & full of flavour. Get away from the crowds & definitely visit, it’s well worth it
Every dish we had was on point. From the salmon to the pork belly and the tiger prawns were full of flavour. The staff were an added bonus with Emma making the experience memorable!
The staff are wonderfully friendly, and very polite. The atmosphere and scenery here are amazing. The food and wine are some of the best I've had in a long time definently worth a visit if you in town or on tour in the area. Also a gorgeous wedding venue.
