Absolutely appalling service and product! Ordered pizza with The Lot at 7pm paid for delivery. Got a call at 8.30pm that they were unable to deliver. Picked it up myself and found it to be not with The Lot! Never ordering from Dominos Lower Plenty again.

Waited 2 hours for my pizza. Called them 12 times no pick up so i decided to drive up there myself. Come to find they have their phones muted so they dont have to answer calls!! Only 1 guy working and no delivery personnel. Got my delivery fee refunded and nothing else.

The pizza was meant to come 40 minutes earlier than promised. I was waiting at the location for 40 minutes. Dominos LowerPlenty, we ordered our 3 pizza’s at 5.45pm tracker say we will get them From 6:13 to 6:23pm. The tracking Domino’s provide is turned off to falsify the delivery time. Shocker. Food never arrived after ordering via uber, even though app app said it had. Called restaurant multiple times but no response. Luckily uber offer good service and I've been refunded. Fair to say I won't order from there again. Not sure how this lot are still in business.

Ordered twice from here - last time, I waited more than two hours despite being only around 1km from the store. Tonight they’ve just not delivered at all. Last time, I rang to ask and the person I spoke to said ‘our manager knows there’s problems with delivery’ and then hung up after saying there w
