Their $5 lunch special is an excellent deal. It was always a big mystery to me why Red Rooster is less popular than that other chicken chain when Red Rooster offers better deals and tastier food.

We ordered a few different meals tonight and everything was great, we had an issue with the onion rings we purchased and after calling the store the manager Kevin offered to replace them. He personally delivered the fresh onion rings himself. Next level customer service. Thank you very much Kevin.
