I was looking forward to having coffee with friends here. The younger girls were all friendly however we found the shorter, older lady with glasses to be exceptionally rude! All we did was order 3 coffees and a milkshake on skinny milk and it was like I was asking her to walk the ends of the earth
Good service, good food, good coffee, wife says great hot choc all at affordable prices. Great place for breakfast and lunch. Thanks team.
The staff are so nice and helpful. The breakfasts are excellent just ask what and how you want it and you get it. Nothing is too much trouble.
A refreshing change to the Mackay Harbour precinct. Other venues in the area could take a page out of this cafes book! Good value for money, quality food and a warm friendly service. Glad we found this little gem! Friendly staff and a great selection of food at affordable prices. We dined for brunch and our food and drinks came out promptly. Enjoyed the arfer breakfast and my partner loved his pancakes.
I have eaten here a few times during past visits to Mackay and I keep coming back. Good quality food at reasonable prices. Aimed at locals and not tourists.
The shorter, older lady with glasses was exceptionally rude. During my transaction she didn’t say a single word to me or even look at me, flipped the eftpos terminal around without saying anything at all. Before my card even touched terminal she was very happily greeting someone else. A prime exam
My Wife and I always enjoy driving out to Casu Jack's and having a cooked breakfast. The Thickshakes are so amazing, I sometimes dream about drinking one and when I wake, I'm all sad. That's when I suggest we go out on the weekend to get a breakfast. Please go and experience the food and more impor
