My wife and I just had lunch here, and WOW. We shared the classic bavarian platter for two. The pork belly was my favourite. Melt in your mouth meat with that satisfying crackle crunch. I was in heaven.
We already have plans to go back.

We had the best time last night at Bavarian Mackay, the atmosphere was super fun! The restaurant is beautifully lit we felt a romantic and fun vibe! The staff were so accommodating, you can tell they want you to enjoy their food and amazing environment, they know it’s unique and want their customers
Highlights: friendly staff, nice interior and atmosphere, good pretzel and meals are not bad. Priced reasonably. The $20 jugs on a Sunday is also a great deal.
Lowlights: music was a bit loud for a Sunday evening, no garnishing with the drinks even though that comes in the pictures and description.
Crispy pork pig knuckle - all I could taste was the cooking oil and gravy with the fries was bland , overpriced for such a disappointing meal
Good flavors. Better if food was cooked and not served cold. Sent back 1st meal as it was cold and pork pink. 2nd round… hot snitzel, rest still cold and pork still pink and tough.. Staff have no idea about the menu if you ask a question. Had to be confirmed with 2 other staff ???? If they don’t
They were super accommodating to me about my gluten free requirements. My partner and I were able to order the big platter and they split it onto two plates, gluten free and not. Everything tasted delicious.
I was there for my birthday, food and drinks was delicious and staff very friendly!
