Review Yatai Sushi - Mackay

Very good setup, all dishes that was sampled were spot on, very enjoyable and prompt service. This is not my style of eating but again I thoroughly enjoyed it and will call again.

Well there's nothing bad I can say when it comes to 🍣 🍣 sushi! This place always caters to please all flavours of Japan, it's more westernised though I think so it's not the real authentic flavours.... nothing bad though, grilled scallop is my favourite dish, and matcha ice cream is to die for... 😋 👌 me and my partner both agree that the scallops are the best dish... the price is good for what you get, service always aims to please, no matter how busy they are. Those girls and boys work hard. Never any bad experiences here and I always roll out super super full!! A must see and fantastic dining experience, if you can get a seat, it's a very popular spot! I will add a photo next visit, I was too busy eating this time round😃👍

Clean spacious outlet inside the shopping mall, just after you enter from the covered parking, can't miss it. Very clean and plenty of seating options specially around the Sushi train. Some dishes are a bit and miss. For example the tuna maki or rolls are very poor in quantities, the fried chicken and chicke teriyaki are very lovely, the California roll is not related to the any known California roll and not recommended. It's nice they offer Japanese mayo and sweet chilli on the belt for free but need to ask for saucepan for soy sauce.

Very good sushi train, I always make jokes about my bad eating habits to staff because I usually eat like 8 to 10 plates of dumplings and 2 plates of chicken tuna and a drink and they always like to have a laugh but very good service, like top notch. Try their dumplings. Definetly recommend Yatai sushi as a place for a date. 🍣🏆

I came in the evening, not fresh sushi, avocados already had dark color, rice was dry and hard, l set near the kitchen, took a glimpse of the kitchen, was very dirt, worker touched all the foods by their hands without gloves, some foods just dropped on the floor, some meat and vegs put near thrash bin, very dirty, and their was a woman, maybe the owner's Wife, act very rude and absolutely no patience, and spoke terrible English, don't have any sence how to act polite. Horrible experience, won't come back again.

Talk about the simplicity of eating here. Everything you need comes to you. Staff are good except they need to understand spoken English a bit better.

Was better when it first opened. Limited types of dishes . Have to order stuff as it is not in the belt going round.

Omg the most fresh and delicious food i have ever had The octopus prawn and eel were that fresh you could still smell the sea on them The rice cooked to perfection will definitely be coming back
