Review Domino's Pizza - Mackay

WORST PIZZA EVER! Visited mackay for the first time due to work and made the most regrettable order from Domino’s South Mackay. Seriously, I could claim this as the worst store of Australia. Feeding and treating people with the most unhealthy way. Lady who picked the call was pretty rude to be on the phone, might need more training on how to do customer service. Could clearly see onion peels over my pizza. Both Quality and Quantity of the material on the pizza was awful. It’s my first google review as I couldn’t stop myself reviewing about this store. Please maintain your humanity guys!

Pizza was drenched in sauce and toppings were dispersed extremely unevenly-so one slice has a bit then two slices have nothing but sauce. Management needs to tell the make team to take more pride in their work. Also the pizzas weren’t cut all the way through-put your back into cut team! On a good note,manager Sienna is a lovely lovely lady. Always welcoming and polite,great customer service!

Mother's Day brunch, 10/10. Service Food and atmosphere well done 👏

Don’t waste your time. Ordered at 6pm. My order was showing ‘delivered’ by 6.45pm… no sign of order. Waited a little then called the store, she said it was out for delivery give it another 10 and then call back. Gave them 20mins, called back. They have ‘lost’ my order, apparently the driver doesn’t have a way of being contacted?? Clearly my driver had a nice snack of my pizza with his buddies. Now claim to be remaking it… said ok can we make that a priority delivery as it’s now been well over an hour. No offer of a discount, or anything for the hassle. Now been another 40minutes, called the store and the phone is ringing out with no answer!? I heard Pizza Hut is the go in Mackay. So will be ordering from them moving forward.

Always get orders right and prompt service unless home delivery. 750m from dominos to my house could be a long wait. I just pick up now too many cold pizzas.

Ok im a furniture removalist townsville/cairns and back home to brisbane. I gotta eat and make sure i eat right. But honestly i got a photo which i want to send to the manager of sth mackay Domino's..... It aint cooked..... dough..... i can taste it definitely need to slow the convey belt on the oven thats badi mean teah saturday 6 pm is peak hour bit take time out for customer satisfaction please

Took money right away however never received any meal as apparently the restaurant never received the order. An employee stated the order had left the restaurant and confirmed my delivery address. Called back 20 minutes later to check status to be told they “never received my order” and had nothing under my name despite the initial employee confirming all details. Fast to take money with no service given back in return.

Ordered classic periperi chicken last night. As you can see in the picture, there was no peri peri sauce on the toppings. Disappointing!
