Will they ever get our order right? We live over 40kms away from KFC and can't take our incorrect order back. They have never got it right then appear annoyed when we ask them to fix it at the pick up window.
Nebo road had two cars in drive through and we waited 12 mins at window to just get our order in drive through, just a zinger twister combo and all the workers were talking and cleaning up at 9:40 (close at11) and no one was doing the order which just needed to be made. Chips were old and stale and
The food was alright, the air-conditioning was blasting freezing cold air in the middle of winter. The staff were alright but a bit slow. And the entrance was weirdly connected to the parking. Just not the best experience from a KFC.
Food was fresh out of the fryer, perfect amount of salt on the chips & really quick turn around (walked in mobile order)!
Bad service waited 12 minute in drive through line then told to park up for another 5 min still no order then walk in side an waited another 5min. By the time I pull in line by the time I walk back to my car it was 27 min then get my order look at discussing. So disappointed with kfc
