My tuesday meals has been pretty bad most of the time, chips (i like kfc fresh chips) but they are soggy most of the time, chicken were not even crumbed (and kfc is famous because of that crunch) when i order this week. I wont recommend for takeaways. Caneland Mackay, KFC is even worst(i have been served soggy and cold chicken, when i showed they said all chicken were same,there was asian looking mid aged female cook inside at that moment) I prefer and recommend mount pleasant KFC, Avoid thoose 2 if you can.

Was in the drive through and was served in the first window where u pay we was served by a young gentleman and a young lady looked like she was training him. First of all when greeting your customers don’t say “huh” and “what” totally unprofessional of you and for the young lady having the same manners as the young man I honestly do not see how your still employed. Greet your customers with a smile that’s part of your job!

Will they ever get our order right? We live over 40kms away from KFC and can't take our incorrect order back. They have never got it right then appear annoyed when we ask them to fix it at the pick up window.

Nebo road had two cars in drive through and we waited 12 mins at window to just get our order in drive through, just a zinger twister combo and all the workers were talking and cleaning up at 9:40 (close at11) and no one was doing the order which just needed to be made. Chips were old and stale and had no temperature at all. Was so disgusting and extremely bad service by them. Prioritised cleaning up instead of packing a simple order in drive through and wasn’t fresh at all🥴

The food was alright, the air-conditioning was blasting freezing cold air in the middle of winter. The staff were alright but a bit slow. And the entrance was weirdly connected to the parking. Just not the best experience from a KFC.

Food was fresh out of the fryer, perfect amount of salt on the chips & really quick turn around (walked in mobile order)!

Bad service waited 12 minute in drive through line then told to park up for another 5 min still no order then walk in side an waited another 5min. By the time I pull in line by the time I walk back to my car it was 27 min then get my order look at discussing. So disappointed with kfc

The staff were amazing!! This is as all they had left were nuggets and popcorn chicken. They were kind enough to make me a burger out of nuggets.
