By far the best pizza I have ever had. The base and sauce is perfection! Very friendly staff, super prompt delivery and outstanding customer service. Paid by eftpos at delivery which is super convenient. Will highly recommend. Can't wait for my 3rd order! ��
This little gem is fantastic. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Run by a married couple, who are mostly both there whenever we've been, or on the odd occasion only one of them. But the presence of owners at a restaurant ensures top quality oversight. The menu is extensive and the meals really yummy. It's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and we've enjoyed all three often, and highly recommend this place. Even dropping in for a coffee (with or without one of a range of cake slices) is fantastic. Daily newspapers provided to read anytime. In door and al fresco dining. Very reasonable prices too. Highly recommended. I'd like to suggest certain meals that we've loved, but too numerous to mention! A must try!!

Setting is really relaxing with lovely parkland across the road, service was great and very friendly and coffee and food was delicious, will definitely be returning.
Carbone's has a lovely family quality atmosphere with very tasty Italian fare with a great and extensive variety. Always made to feel welcome. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a yummy night out.

We have been wanting to try this place for awhile as we live locally.
Finally recently made it in on a weeknight. Atmosphere was cosy.
Service was alright. The food was pretty nice. We had a pasta and a pizza. The food took a teeny weeny bit too long, about 45 min, (yes were timing as we were hungry!) but it finally came and we enjoyed it.
Wine and beer choices were very good as well.
We will definitely try Carbones a second time and order other dishes too.

One of our favourite secrets spot for dinner. It isn’t easy to find when we first visited. But we are so glad that we found it. Love the garlic bread, pizza and chicken Parma ！ Yummy !!!
First time to carbones tonight
We ordered the homemade pasta with choice of gnocchi, fettuccini or linguini... but unfortunately sold out so ended up with spaghetti.
Still the pasta was perfectly cooked
Sauce was tasty and well presented . Pizza thin crispy and well done..

I have literally just left the restaurant and am genuinely happy with the quality, price, service, taste and everything this place has to offer.
Home-made, generous serving and freshly made!! We ordered the eggplant chips, fettuccine carbonara and chicken parmagiana.
Overall experience was really good.. the ladies serving us was very attentive and we will definitely come back!

Tried for first time, We had a couple of pizzas last night. Arrived on time, One of the best in the area for sure. And great value. Will be using carbones again next time we order out.
This place is great! it's an intimate and the staff are very accomodating. The pizzas taste fresh and the ribs are very juicy. The tiramisu homemade and tastes amazing, if it's not sold out. Well worth a visit but get in early as it's quite small.
The dining experience at Carbone's Place today was so great that I couldn't go without downloading the Zomato app and leaving a review.
From the moment I rang to place a booking, everything was perfect. We were a table of 6 all coming from families of high food standards especially in Italian cuisine, the home made pasta ticked all the boxes.
We all spoke about how we look forward to returning to try something else. Definitely my new weekly go to. The only downside to Carbone's Place is that the day will come where getting a table at this place will be impossible. But until that day I'm going to enjoy it.

Carbone's Place is a hidden gem amongst a lovely estate. Italian meals including all your favourites prepared by lovely husband and wife team Anthony and Giovanna. Pasta is made in-house. The highlight is Wednesday Parma Night - 8 chicken Parma options - $18 for Parma, chips, salad or veggies and a glass of wine or beer. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Tuesday to Sunday. Family Friendly with a kids menu and a Playground across the road. We were there on Friday night & ordered eggplant chips $9.5, the carbone special pizza $12, chicken scallopini $22, casear salad $16, salt & pepper calamari $12.9, pork ribs $31, nutella pizza $12 & coffees
Very nice small authentic italian style cafe and restaurant.. owner/chef/manager is very talkative may someone like it but dude let us enjoy our food too.. bit pricey and less quantity.. stil average compare to others in this area.. we hv just moved into this area and we r Italiano so trying everything to Manja'

Booked a table online for dinner with some old friends which was easy enough through this app. Staff were friendly and easy going. Food was actually pretty nice; good flavour, appropriate portions, nice selection and a good package all round. We then had desert which topped off the meal nicely.
The wait staff was always polite, accomodating and friendly. The owner/manager I'm assuming, was also very nice and would interact with the customers from time to time. Nice and polite people are a big plus for me.
The place was a bit smaller but not in a bad way and there is always seating outside for a summer evening dinner.
Parking in the area is not the best but there are some spots for customers around back.
tl:dr - Glad I took a chance on this place and will be back again with friends.
Delicioso pizza! We just moved into the area and thought we'd walk down and try the local fare. The sauce and toppings are outstanding, and the base bellisimo! We'll be back very soon :)

Great service, relaxed atmosphere and delicious food.
Pizza was amazing and the calamari was soft and full of flavour. You can't go past the homemade pasta. All around just a great dining experience.
Oh and the coffee is fantastic. One of the few strong coffees that doesn't need sugar to make it palatable.

PS we ordered takeaway pizza from here a little while back. From our experience and reading the other reviews of pizza here I'd have to say this is probably the sort of pizza that you're better to eat there. It's not your average $15 large with a free garlic bread. Very flavoursome and filling but something best enjoyed on the spot.

Great way to start a Sunday. Lovely fluffy scrambled eggs and salty bacon with a long black... Sat out in the open with the family and the dog. Great for families.

I live over in the western suburbs of melbourne and this place is well worth the drive over! The first time i went a friend recommended me for the Parma's so i went with a group of friends and haven't looked anywere else since! I am now a frequent visitor to Carbone's place, particularly on Parma night where you get the most beautifully cooked Parma with the freshest ingredients and a variety of toppings on offer, and one better that its one of the most generous portion sizes I've ever seen!
Even had the Pizza's a few times as well and that hand made thin crust base combined with the the beautiful sauce, cheese and whichever topping you choose are just amazing!! Definately telling everyone to give this place a try for that well deseved night out!! 5 stars!!!

Went with my friend first time tonight,had the pizza's one of the best ever lovely thin crust.the eggplant stack was very tasty . If i had to pick on something it would be the bread they give you to dip in oil ,it was too soft it needs to be more crunchy but thats the only thing i can complain about everything else was spot on .I will be going back to try out other things on the menu ,the owners are very nice people i would recommend you try it .
We had a delightful family lunch here on Sunday. Everything was delicious. From the garlic pizza, bruschetta pizzas and eggplant chips (which I couldn't stop eating), to my veal scallopine. They tasted just like my mums'. My son is still talking about his Margherita. The homemade fettuccine Marinara was generous and tasty. The glass windows let in the beautiful winter sun. I imagine this place would lovely in summer too. Overall we loved everything about Carbones Place.
What a find! Delicious. I ordered a carbonara linguini and it was fresh homemade egg pasta with generous quality ingredients like sliced pancetta and very finely chopped onion, and the sauce was exeptional. This was the best cabonara I have ever had! User friendly online ordering feature was great. I was so impressed, this is now my regular italian takeaway without any second thought. I can't wait to try every single item on the menu!
I could not be happier. I just ordered my dinner for delivery and I am thrilled! I really couldn't be happier. I ordered a mushroom/avocado gnocchi and a caprese salad. The portions are huge, the quality is awesome (very fresh), the staff were polite and the delivery came 30 mins faster than estimated. For lack of a better phrase, you can tell the food and the pasta is "real" and homemade. Looking forward to my next meal with them.

Can never fault Carbone's place! The staff are always friendly, efficient & of great product knowledge. The food is ALWAYS exceptional and of high quality standard, can't get enough of the eggplant chips!!! I try to have a meal at Carbone's Place every weekend that's how much I love it and love supporting this local restaurant, the only that takes pride in their food along with great customer service !
Best pizza's and parma!. What a great experience every time we eat at Carbone's! It has a really cool Italian feel to it like you are eating in the heart of Italy! The staff are great and the interaction you get with the owner's are fantastic. The pizzas are really made with passion and pride along with all the meals! Will continue to eat from here regularly
Incredible Pizza!. You can taste the amazing fresh produce used on Carbone's pizzas. A personal new favourite place to stop of for some delicious pizzas, I especially love the quality of the fior di latte cheese and prosciutto! Highly recommend this authentic italian restaurant!

Lovely little gem.... B ordered take away after class last Wednesday upon recommendation by our friends who live locally in the area. A pizza lover, B is always on the prowl for a good slice...so he settled for a large Cappricciosa (Pomodoro, fior di latte cheese, triple smoked ham, artichokes, olives, mushrooms & anchovies) @ $17; while I settled on their freshly made daily egg pasta. You get a choice of 3 pasta's with a number of different sauce variations. Being rather boring that night, I chose the Carbonara (Onion, garlic, pancetta cooked in a creamy white wine sauce & finished with grana padano parmesan cheese, an egg yolk & spring onions) @ $23. While this was more towards the pricey end of most take-away Carbonara pasta's I've experienced, I would be happy to pay it again as it was really delicious! It was not overly salty and it didn't leave you feeling sick like other places tend to do. They shave their pancetta so it comes in long curly strands. As a main, you will need to share this between two people.
On a balmy night, their outdoor tables would be a delight. It also looks dog friendly for those who prefer to bring the fur kiddo's. The staff were friendly and while the total cost was $40 for a large take away pizza and pasta, its one of those mid-week sinful treats I would recommend.
We have following our sons recommendation. to our delight the staff and proprietors were very friendly and could not do enough to make our experience as nice as was in their power. Food was as expected, fresh and tasty. In short a lovely evening.

Small family business, which they take a lot of pride in. Hard-working staff; absolutely delicious and authentic Italian food. Great value for money. Cozy place. Gluten-Free options available, but sometimes sold out. They love sourcing the best hand-made products such as pizza bases and ice creams.
This place was recommended by a friend (we’re new to the area). Very very happy with our dinner experience on Sunday! Tried the antipasto entree, and two pizzas (marinara and meat lovers). Delicious toasty warm pizza base, and refreshing beer on tap. Service was great, food was spot on.
We were able to take leftovers home and will surely be ordering delivered pizza during the lockdown!!
