Review Mcdonald's - Macquarie Park

Stopped in for dinner at 7:30pm on Saturday. Restaurant was empty, staff were helpful and quality of the food was okay. Things to note include: - Open 24 Hours - Play equipment closed due to Covid - QR Covid check in was not super easy to find. - Plenty of parking available around the restaurant.

Stopped for some food at midnight, restaurant was not buy when i reached there but after a couple of minutes it got crowded.

Burgers are so good! Pleasant service.

This is the best mcd’s I visited so far in Sydney. Most cleanly place, well sanitised tables and chairs. Floor is very clean and the strawberry milkshake tasted close to the one in USA. Good job guys.

I slipped and fell when I left right outside the main entry and injured my knee. The slight slant upon entry is incredibly slippery, beverages went all over my clothes, sitting there with no one helping me, someone in their car looking but no help...the staff don't want to know you, no visible number where your number is called out or appears on a screen, had to ask about my order, why is there no digital screen with the number, or why don't they call out rather than let it sit there. I just feel we are now entering an age where customer service is gone and if someone is falls over, people just don't care. Please improve the highly slippery slant with no grip on it. My knee is sore, but the next person who slips on it might not be so lucky.

Average wait time is 20 minutes, legit poor team getting orders out. Left a bag in the waiting area without calling it out, it sat there for like 10 minutes. This is a regular occurrence here, poor training from management, surprised the store manager hasn't done anything. This place is going down the drain fast

Ok this is for uber orders but every time I order is around a 20% chance they will get it right i recently ordered a family box and they didn't give any small burgers and the sauces were wrong, the drinks were wrong and every single bit of food was extremely cold. It was ordered at 12am not too busy they should at least get the order right but no we also waited for around 1 hr for the order and it is usually a 5 minute drive. I hope that the workers can see this and improve on the orders they receive so it dosent happen to anyone else. Previous orders my sauces were wrong, my mcflurry didn't come, burgers, fries, literally everything on the menu. It is ridiculous and I hope that they can improve on packing their orders

Good location and food but toilet needs a good clean

Sorry but someone needs to call this out. McDonalds charges so much for fast food now that it really needs to work on it’s service elements. And the bins need to be emptied frequently because there are baby flies everywhere.

What's wong with Macca’s MQ Park? I ordered sausage and egg muffin and they give me this. Staff are working in a rush and kicthen is messy. I have been waiting for a long time. A waste of time and money!

Following in the footsteps of Howardwashere realisation of how to make it to zomato elite - I decided I too want to be a top 10 Zomato reviewer.. And review every fast food place in Sydney... This is McDonalds. Not much else to say expect I ate breakfast here today.. And it was like all other McDonalds... Whoops - forgot to take a photo of the bin!

I can't believe they don't have a drive through. Very inconvenient parking situation and they are a bit slow in store. It's not particularly fast or convenient
