Awesome little pub just a short walk from my mates house. Couple of beers first in the greatly decorated public bar area then ordered the reef and beef. Magnificent!! Felt guilty leaving chips on my plate but you certainly get your monies worth with the size of the meal can’t wait to go back!!
A cosy intimate restaurant with high quality food. Prices are on the high side but you definately get what you pay for. Never fails to disappoint on any level. Definately one of our favourite places to go when we want to treat ourselves. Staff are friendly & welcoming
Lovely atmosphere in a historical building. Food was delicious 😋 bit on the pricey size but well worth it. My husband ordered the mixed grill which I've added to the photos. Kids loved it and great staff were very pleasant. We will return again.
Pretty impressed with both the steak (how it was cooked) and the generous portions. Yes, it's the high end of the price scale, but you won't be walking away disappointed.
Pretty relaxed, great for families with high chairs available...
Sitting next to the warm fire is a must on a cold day like today. The dining area encased in stones warmed quickly and the beer, burger and lamb pie went down a treat in the friendly atmosphere. Kids meals come out quickly, which is great as that calms them down from bouncing around.
The bar area is an eclectic assortment of trophies from game hunts past, old farm implements, biker gear, fishing expeditions and an elf from the Myer xmas windows from the 1980's. Although slightly intimidating, the area is softened by the friendly barmen and welcoming smiles.
Tasty meals, friendly service and what looks like a tidy beer garden out the back will bring me back to relax in summer!
The food is amazing, so tasty with so many choices. Patty's Patch is a gorgeous little pub / restaurant with a beautiful setting and massive personality. Will definately be a regular haunt! Thank you so much for an enjoyable evening. 🥰🥰
How much does this place need my review ....NOT AT ALL !!.
This historical country pub is a "not to be missed" place to visit when you come to Bendigo. Over 150 years old you can imagine yourself in England or Ireland, solid brick walls some of which may have come from the earth they removed whilst putting in the dam over 100 years ago. The menue is vast and the meals HUGE, could even be worth a day trip from Melbourne !!.Gets so busy on a Sunday lunch time that it is worth booking a table.
Top food and a very good atmosphere also great prices
Tasty meals cold beer great barman what more do need
We made a last minute reservation after being recommended for the local big4 and the food did not disappoint. When we turned up they were able to accommodate us outside which was great then the kids could run around. The owners were lovely, good old fashioned pub hospitality. Thank you very much.
