OK the ambience and the service are excellent...one of the best seen in Australia. The presentation of the dishes really beautiful and novel...but the food was average. You pay for the overall experience which was great. The staff are lovely...they all seem to be Italian! 🤩

The restaurant slightly seemed short staffed but the waiters had great customer service. However the food wasn’t anything spectacular, my 6 course degustation had a lot of hit and miss dishes. The beetroot tart and the tortellini was enjoyable however rest of the dishes didn’t live up to its hatted expectations. One of the dish in particular (which now I can’t see from the menu anymore) with goats milk pictured with cherry tomato was extremely hard to swallow. I left this dish almost untouched. Luckily the waiter offered a shot of limoncello to wash it down.

All round nice experience. Good food, good service, good decor. The plates, glasses and cutlery are beautiful Versace pieces. As is the furniture and general decor. The restaurant and hotel have a charming elegance.

Dined here last night with high expectations and they were still exceeded. I really liked the opulent simplicity with the decor and spacious seating. Also loved the menu - adventurous yet non-pretentious. I enjoyed the sous vide lamb myself while others had a pheasant and foie gras tortillini, truffle tagliatelle, and a rather unremarkable chicken dish but at least was done well (as I'm sure it's why it's there). This style is perfect in my opinion for the Queensland 5* experience. The staff were friendly, always on hand but knew when to give guests space to enjoy each other's company. This is a special little venue and I look forward to returning.

To start the staff are very nice, Vadim served us and he honestly deserves to have a proper position in the Versace team. What an amazing guy. The food was amazing also.

Great meal in a great setting. Only problem was they slowed down our meals to coincide with another table. Meaning our 6 course degustation took almost 4 hours to complete with very long waits of up to 40 mins between some dishes. Our waiter apologised and offered a free drink.

A nice restaurant inside the Palazzo Versace Goldcoast with very romantic ambience and excellent service! We enjoyed the delicious gourmet with a bottle of Château Petrus . What a wonderful evening!
