Review Mcdonalds - Main Beach

Great place to have a dine. Was rather busy when we went and the server did miss an item on our order, but nothing that would be too much of an issue. They are rather efficient and get to you.. But you may need to wait a bit if it's busy. They have a outside area where you can eat and there is a ride on for kids.. Just don't feed the flying visitors.

Terrible stale fries, unclean restaurant which had bird poo inside and I wiped tables, terrible floor needs renovations, worse maccas I’ve been to.

Arrived at McDonald's at 5:30pm. Sign on fron said it closed at 8pm that night (Sunday). We noticed that the chairs were placed on the tables inside the restaurant and only tables left were outside. We ordered our food and waited outside. Within 5 minutes we found it was freezing outside. Asked if we could eat our food inside. The answer was no. So Management more interested in clean floors than looking after their customers. We will help with keeping the floors clean and never return

Probably the 2nd worst McDonald's on the Gold Coast behind Palm Beach. Always takes a long time to get order, old stale fries and the toy in the happy meal we got today was from an old promotion not the latest one. I won't be back

Long waiting time, staff didn't give ordered Apple slices for kids happy meal. I've asked and they said they don't have it in stock. No apologies or offers for replacement.

Went there this morning with our 6 children and was not impressed with the waiting period of about half an hour and how our food was served. It was messy…some of our food looked like it was thrown into the paper bags. We had a sausage egg McMuffin which was not wrapped in it’s packaging properly. We were missing x2 mighty McMuffins, which I did make aware to them so it took them a further 5mins to get them made and served out. Both mighty McMuffins looked rushed and just shoved in its packaging 🤦🏽‍♀️ There was however only 3 staff working as far as I could see and yes there was quite a few customers. However they could have taken a little more care with how they packaged and served our food, especially when we waited for such a long period of time. I can moan about this as it’s quite expensive and very rare for our big family to have McDonald’s and When we do, it’s a treat. We will not be going to this one ever again not until I see improvements on their ratings 🧐

One of the worst maccas I have been too. Fries we all spilt in the bag before it was even handed to us, they were cold and the other food was pretty average even for maccas. Definitely wouldn't go back.

Bought 2 large meals. Chips were the broken bits from the bottom of the bag unfortunately, quite annoying to eat. The orange juice was sour to the point of having a vinegar after-taste - actually had to return it it was that bad. Staff replaced with a fanta when requested. Recommend going to a busier McDonald's :)
