Took my tourer there for a complete once-over after it sat in the garage for 4 years, neglected. Delighted with the outcome. They have a totally professional and thorough attention to detail and my bike came out riding beautifully. Every last detail was sorted. Excellent job.

Just being served by a very cranky and frustrated staff. Lack of smile and clear communication. Thought I could sit and enjoy afternoon with my kids to discover it was only take away. Asked to stay outside but was denied (this was at 4:30pm and café closes at 5pm). Overall if I were a business owner

Not a pleasant location for a sit down coffee, apart from the waiter who was difficult to order with then was rude about it when I tried to correct my order… it’s a bike shop.

Excellent customer service, I was unable to find a Kona Unit X in my size in Melbourne and they organised one they had in stock to be shipped to my door. Their knowledge and willingness to help was great, thanks The Bikesmith and cheers for the T Shirt!

Hands-down best Iced Latte in Maitland. The team here are always friendly, polite and well-presented, and the cafe is clean and tidy. I would absolutely recommend The Bikesmith to anyone who loves good coffee.

Awesome local bike shop with high level of expertise and knowledge of all bikes, will go out of there way to help you and get you back riding.
