Ordered half caeser wrap and small bowl of chips. Have had better wraps, was a little dry as I had it fresh not toasted. No napkins or knives & forks offered i had to go to counter and ask. Seemed understaffed when I visited so I am understanding the pressure was on.
Eggs Benedict was amazing but pancakes were crispy and cold
Update August 2018: No longer going here even for coffee. I can't remember the last time I came here and they didn't mess something up. Most recently we waited 20+ minutes for two coffees only to eventually learn our take-away coffee (we ordered eat in and gave our table number) had been waiting
Not a good customer service. Staff ignore even when the shop is not busy. Good food though. Not the first time we ordered a cappuccino for take a way and it was only half full.
Usually I'm happy with this cafe but despite there being not many customers, service was very slow and the spinach roll was over cooked making the pastry tough. Also, it was served on a small plate. The roll hung over the edge making it very difficult to eat.
Have bought here twice. Was dissatisfied with the coffee they produced on my first visit; it was not made to my specifications. My second visit was much better, they made a pleasant chai latte and the sweet chilli chicken wrap, though slightly sloppy tasted good. The customer service I received was
Kind, friendly staff. I had a long black coffee and breakfast burrito; both were tasty and we'll prepared. Seats are comfortable and the cubicle setup provides a degree of privacy from the rest of the shopping centre.
Lovely staff! I had a breakfast burrito and it was DELICIOUS! I loved the hollandaise sauce they put in it and the slices of Spanish onion were nice and thin so I didn't get mouthfuls of onion like at other places.
