Times have changed and pizza hut now represents much better bang for buck than Domino's in my opinion. Larger pizzas, more generous toppings and cheaper pizzas. I've gotten pizza from this store 5+ times and have had no issues. They aren't stingy with toppings!

8pm , and after spending 10 minutes doing an online order for delivery and getting to payment, we get a message saying these slack rejects are not taking any more orders ???? You don't close until 10pm!!!! Never again, and I will be telling EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY. ☠️☠️☠️☠️

Had multiple good experiences with east maitland store, bit tonight they are off game.. ordered 3+3 one of the pizzas was customised butchers block add chilli garlic and mushroom.. got the add ons.. onto of a mega meat lovers tho, rang.. store was great replacement on way.. replacement is missing ch

One time I wanted to get 2 for 1 but online you can only get it if 1 pizza is $15 or above, so I went into the store and they let me get 2 pizzas that were around $11 each for the same $15. Yes, that ends up saving them money overall but it's the fact that they went out of their way to help me that

ordered pizza meal, gave us small pizzas when ordered large, were regular customers but will never return. As i know this is a family business the owner needs to focus on customer service. We returned the paid pizzas to the store and they kept it, did not offer to resolve the issue.

Placed an order at 8 20pm, wanted it asap email said approx 9 50pm. Contacted the manager faith, couldn't give us an eta, got told they were busy and didn't seem interested in our call even though it took multiple attemps to ring through, first and last time ordering, will stick to dominos next time

Waiting for a delivery from a store 10 mins away. Ordered at 4. 10 pm its now 5.35pm... Asking for a refund when it hits 5 45pm First ordering from Pizza hut East Maitland... and the last time... better be good after all this
