Lovely, smooth coffee. Usually I order half strength coffee, as I am not a fan of any bitterness in coffee, but forgot.
Thankfully the coffee at Pender Place Michel's is wonderfully smooth and not bitter at all.

The service here is appalling. I am not sure who is worse, the owner or some of her staff. They are rude, unwelcoming and down right arrogant. This is not a first off experience here unfortunately. Pender place and the Maitland mall stores give this franchise a bad name. Don't buy the birthday cak
A good venue with lots of seating. All new, clean, and modern. Good value food and friendly staff, but they were very slow to make the food and bring it out, especially considering it was only a few slices of fruit toast. The staff were apologetic though, and I'd come back again.
