Wonderful service. Yummy food. Excellent hot chocolate. Good place to sit and relax after a afternoon site seeing.

The most amazing afternoon tea. Scones were warm and delicious. Highly recommend.

Waited over an hour for our highly average meals to arrive. No communication from staff that there would be a delay. Avocado was brown, poached eggs tasted like vinegar, toast was just supermarket Tip Top style with margarine. Noone in our group of 6 had anything even equal to what you'd make at ho

Got some takeaway coffees, hot chocolates, Ruben sandwich, chicken sandwich and lemon tart. Took well over 30mins to get any food or drinks. Everything was pretty average besides the Lemon tart was delicious but we'll overpriced for a lil tart.

Came here for lunch today…..wished we hadnt ordered a ‘gourmet’ sandwich which took ONE hour to arrive……no apologies…..no warning beforehand when we ordered “there maybe a while to wait” would not recommend this place or go here again

Coffee was good - not great. I had hopes but the advertised Reuben Sandwich largely missed the mark. Coleslaw is not sauerkraut! A previous client shows a picture of the indeterminate, ordinary food.

I think waiting for over 20 mins for a coffee without an apology or explanation is a bit rough when I ordered well before the other customers who received their coffee before me. Clearly there was a problem with the orders. Mistakes happen but some acknowledgement would be welcome.
