Disappointing. Chicken was burnt and tough. Chips looked like the leftover dregs from the fryer. This place used to be decent but quality has gone down.
I rang up to place an order for pick up. Halfway through the conversation, I was told to hold the line while the girl I had been talking to greeted some walk ins. I hung up and went there to tell them how disappointed I was with the customer service that I had received. The 2 young girls apologised
Friendly staff and delicious dining experience in Malvern. Staff are attentive and very polite, always checking in at regular intervals. The Lamb chops, chilli calamari salad and the chilli scallops and loukomades are all superb! Would definitely recommend it for a fullfilling meal out.
