Review Cannings Free Range Butchers - Malvern

As a regular customer at Cannings Malvern, the customer service there this afternoon was nothing short of disgraceful! In particular, one of the staff members was rude, unhelpful and unwilling to correct or compensate for his earlier poor service that required me to return an item I found to be damaged, when I got home. For what’s supposed to be a high quality butcher, charging inflated prices, I would expect better! For the sake of the business, I would suggest further staff training in customer service should be a top priority! I won’t shop at this store again and I will suggest to local friends and family they avoid too!

Best butcher ever! You pay for what you get here, top quality meat. Staff are always incredibly helpful and nice too. Amazingly convenient pre-made meals too. 5 stars always :-)

What a fantastic butcher shop this place is! Andrew is the man you want to see for everything meat! So much knowledge and the cape grim beef ribs he sold me were up there with the best I have ever had! Keep up the good work cannings!

The Cannings staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. It is a fantastic place to shop, with great products. The staff seem to really enjoy working with each other too.

You pay for what you get and what you get here is amazing quality meats! After hiding the receipt from my partner I can't fault anything here! The steak is superb, the crumbed cutlets amazing and the veal melts in your mouth! A must visit if you want to taste quality.

Great, if not the only, place to get gluten free chicken schnitzel. The way that Cannings operates with no cash, only EFTPOS, minimises the risk of interaction between customers and staff.
