I went in today at 8:10 am on 29 June 2022 to be disappointed and told they were only open for drinks. Their Google search page states open at 8am. I was then told food will take time to prepare. I said people will be disappointed if they come and you didn't have any food and possibly won't come back again. She gestured that she didn't care.

Wednesday 9th Feb 2022, went to the shop at around 7.20 pm. The young lady at the counter hates her job. Not sure why she works there. Extremely rude, throws the food into the bread, and deliberately doesn't give you serviettes. The owner of this outlet is a really nice guy, but not sure why he employs young people who are obviously not suited to dealing with people.

When you go online in the morning and google a store to make sure they're open, make a dash there to buy their product and when you get there (eventhough they've been open for an hour and a half) they're not "making sandwiches yet". You literally have one job. You're a Subway. If you're not ready to sell your product to consumers by the time you open, open later. Wasted my time, won't be back, sort your business out.

Ordered a seafood sandwich from the menu. Staff said she had to go in back to prepare it. Apparently she had to defrost frozen seafood highlighter and mix it with mayo, as it was still cold. She put mayo on it 3 times but it wasn't mixed in and wasn't right. I asked for salt and pepper, which is usually a light sprinkle, but got a heavy dose of cracked black pepper which ruined it. A very unsatisfying sandwich.

This was my first and last time at this outlet of Subway. They recently reopened (after renovation?) and it was so dark, minimalist, and uninviting even from looking in the window that if there weren't people sat outside eating I would have thought it was still closed. It was around 11.30am on a Saturday so they weren't busy and had no reason not to provide a friendly and professional experience. Yeah, nah. No greeting, threw my sandwich together, I got veggie delight and they were short-changing me on salad (literally all it is). Flat, rude, no thanks or goodbye. Compared to other Subway's, Stan's over the road, or basically anywhere, this was not a good experience and I won't go back.

Can’t even make the simplest sandwich without messing something up. They don’t ask what you want half the time. Don’t use gloves the two times I’ve been in, would not recommend

Terrible service. Staff member who served me was short and seemed to be very rushed (even though there was no one else in the store at the time). Used too much seasoning, and added way too much onion (even though I specified I only wanted a little). Sounds trivial, but if your in the business of making sandwiches, you should at the very least be able to meet a customers simple requests. Never going back to this store again.
