Review Pizza Hut Delivery - Malvern

I won't say the pizzas are perfect but when I order for extra, these pizzas do have extras. And the staff was nice, and polite, something you don't always get these days.

Bad food, bad service, horrible experience The man serving me had poor English and tried charging me for stuffed crust when I asked TRICE for thin and crispy. This yes, but crispy no a chance. Then on top of it when my girlfriend tried to correct him after I could not he put the blame on me for saying the wrong thing when I never did Bad bad bad time

was surprised that family pan portion is much smaller than other pizza places large size. after ordering online and paying with credit card, the server asked for payment again without checking first.

Domino's have really dropped off. Hardly any toppings on the pizzas. This store is not very great.

Ordered a Veggie Supreme and a Veggie Sensation, loved them.<br/>The order was on time, and the staff was friendly.<br/>Will definitely visit the place again.<br/>Great place to satisfy your pizza craving!

First time I've had pizza at a Pizza Hut in ages, now I realise why I haven't been to a Pizza Hut in such a longtime ! The pizzas are flavourless and covered in oil.<br/><br/>My bad on this one as I should've known my judgement on these fast food places.<br/><br/>Only positive was that the staff member was nice.<br/><br/>If you like boring and fatty pizzas, then this is the place for you.<br/><br/>For me though, I've learnt my lesson.

Haven't been to Pizza Hut in a long while thought I'd give it a go again well that was a big mistake. Ordered 2 pizzas over the phone to pick up I turned up to the Malvern store to find out that there was no order. Staff member told me there was another store down the road and it COULD be there. Couldn't find another store on Glenferrie Rd Mlavern so I googled it to find out he was talking about Hawthorn. I rang the Malvern store to make another order only to be hung up on three times. I have no idea how they make money if they don't make orders or even take them. Now I know why I haven't been to Pizza Hut in years and will never go back.

I don't get it if I paid extra twice for more pepperoni and I get the loaded pepperoni pizza you would think I would get a lot right. WRONG ALL UP I GOT 12 pieces on half a pizza. That's it never go back ever again. If I could give you a point of a star I would cheap owners. <br/><br/>

Im a fan because i'm a time-poor & money-poor student and the classics are the best value for money! In and out the door in no time & the staff were super friendly!

Needs to pick up their game. Staff here are lovely and pleasant, but the pizzas are anything but. Each pizza I order from there has had something not quite right about it. Funny cardboard taste, burnt crust, undercooked crust, and most commonly, way too much grease! The list just goes on! I have now switched to Domino's as this place wasn't open on Christmas Day, which is quite inconvenient and would have earned them quite a lot of coin if they were open. Domino's seriously lacks customer service, but at least their pizzas aren't a complete grease fest.

The pizzas certainly aren't low cost but they're definitely very low quality (2 standard large pizzas delivered cost me a fraction under $30). <br/><br/>Both were tasteless, but one in particular was slimy all over the underside of the base and had large waterlogged sections. The customer service has proven worse than the food. Not requesting or requiring any comping to make up for this poor food, the process of simply trying to TELL them about it has sealed it for me - I want nothing to do with these dirt factories ever again. They don't care about their customers and they certainly don't care about what goes out their door in terms of quality or service.
