We had lunch today at Grill'd Mandurah - fantastic. The lovely waitstaff person had reserved a seat in the shade for us which she thought we might like. it was perfect, we were offered water for the table, ordered our food which came out in no time at all. Then to top it all off the burgers and children's meals were all delicious. We will be back - thank you

Service was very poor and the food unfortunately pretty average. Will not be going to this Grill'd again. They could learn allot from staff at Grill'd in other locations around Perth. We have always had a great experience previously which is why it was so disappointing to have the experience we had yesterday. Especially when we spent $190. They weren't busy either.

Giving this 5 stars purely for the service, we had an order that came out wrong a couple months ago when under old management, who had said they would sort out our order for us next time we were in town. Well when we went in the gentleman working was absolutely lovely and said he would make sure we had a much better experience, he went above and beyond and for this we will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, even though the food generally tastes good, two out of three orders delivered are missing items. Gone are the days where employees take pride in their work and actually want to make sure everything on the order is there and made well.

Came and got a mix of Zucchini, Sweet Potato and regular chips. The price is steep for what you get but the Zucchini chips are the best and hard to get. I should have just got a larger serve of them. They also need to start doing the same with mushrooms.

Great service, friendly staff, the burgers are delicious. We ordered the Wild Wild West, yum!! lthough a little expensive, if you want a good burger, I recommend Grill'd.

Went with a group of 7, waited 30 minutes before having to go up to the bar and ask when the drinks were coming.
Waited a total of 45 minutes for food to come out.
The place appeared to be short staffed on my visit.
The one waitress serving outside was under the pump but was friendly.
Hard to recommend this based on my experience.
