I ordered regular hot chocolate with whipping cream and this is what they gave me 🤯Where is my drink???

Thanks for your reply but no one told my husband about it and there was no whipping cream plus the cup is a regular size because it is not the first time we order it from you. And we know the cup sizes difference.

When we entered the place was completely empty, yet almost all the tables had dirty dishes on them and were covered in food, as well as the floor. We were not at all welcomed or asked if we needed assistance with ordering. One of the staff members disappeared for 15 minutes, leaving the only other staff member to take our order as well as prepare the people who had walked in before and order before us’ order.
The food was good, a good temperature and cooked well. But the ice coffee was really weak. I would not come back and dine in at the restaurant but I would consider getting take away.

I enjoyed the Milo hot chocolate bomb and the churros are always delicious but the coffee was terrible and the service was slow despite not having many customers. It was lovely to relax and over look the water while having a sweet treat. I took some macarons home for the kids and it was a big thumbs up from everyone.

Had the family size fondu to share between 3. No candles/fire under the chocolate. Chocolate was almost cold. Strawberries had diet all over them, definitely not washed. Waitress brought 2 serviettes only, realised there were 3 of us but couldn’t be bothered to bring more.

It's normal for us to have good desserts after dinner or lunch. A choice between something cold or something hot. If its the latter, then it's coffee with our favourite churros. Best place is still San Churros. Coffee just the right hotness. But over the years their churros has somehow changed in terms of quality.

we waited minimum 15 minutes (no greeting, or acknowledgement) at the counter to be served while 2 staff stood working with there backs to us , clearly under staffed/ under trained as there weren't many other customers. toilets were an unhygienic mess. ended up leaving. disappointed because it's always my go to treat with the kids

Was seated easily for the time of day ( 12.25pm) Next to window with fantastic view. The shop smelt amazing. Ordered Churro with chocolate sauce, tasted awesome, golden brown and crunchy outside, fluffy soft inside, exactly how you'd expect an authentic Churro to be, sauce was a touch sweet for my tastes but my wife really enjoyed it. Great coffee, very friendly service from a young girl, who later on got very busy and she handled herself very well. Will definitely return again. Recommended if you'd like a relaxing dessert and coffee by the water. Hola

Visited this place on the 1st Sept '19 with a large group (my family members) and we'd gotten our seat easily. At that time, the cafe wasn't that crowded on the first level. We ordered our sets and it came after 15 minutes wait. We sat near the entrance and it has a wonderful view of the waters. The sets came fresh and we had a great time there. On a side note, the cafe also sells cheesecakes and macarons. They also have baby chairs for my boys to sit down. Good ambience and customer service. Recommended place!
