Great spot overlooking the ocean. Coffee is very good. Had steak sandwich and salt and pepper squid - both very nice and as per the menu. Coffee's arrived within minutes of sitting with the meal within 10 minutes. Good staff and excellent service on this weekend before Christmas.

Beautiful location, food good. Wait staff a bit off hand. My friend’s smoothie slid across the table. Lucky it didn’t keep going and end up in her lap. Next one “ you got anything else coming?” Grabbed the number and took off. At least the guy who cleared the table was a little nicer

Staff are really friendly and attentive. Food is consistent with other Dome Cafe's The location looks over a stunning view of beach and ocean. My only gripe was the noise. Oh my goodness, way too loud. Especially when the blenders get going it stops conversation!

A great spot to stop for a coffee or a bite to eat or a place to meet. It has outstanding views out over the ocean and if you like you can enjoy a walk afterwards with walking paths leading both ways along the coast. The food is the usual quality Dome menu fair with plenty of choice to cater for most tastes and the coffee is always great quality. I hope you enjoy.

Nice spot directly across from beach. Lovely Dome food. Friendly staff. Slightly cramped seating set out and not easy to get wheelchair to table, but we did. Not really recommended for groups larger than 6.

Very average burger and chips place. There's no table service. Good view of the beach. We ate on the terrace and were eaten alive by midges which may have something to do with the low score, although there was nothing memorable about this place.

Good views out over Halls Head beach and the Murray river estuary. Appreciated the outdoor seating. Food and service were respectively of a good variety and standard. Ease of access and for the inside.

We have been going to Halls Head Dome for a number of years.   The last few times have been absolutely terrible.   Obviously the franchisee or owner or whoever does not care,or go in and be served by his or her staff.   The first time the coffee was luke warm and we asked for hot.    Second time same.    Today was an absolute cruncher our food was literally slammed on the table.    When we got our coffee we asked for some napkins with our cappucino in  a mug.   To no avail....we got them ourselves.   We asked if they could cut our Steak sandwich in half to share it 3/4 cut one side and the other well.....We will not be going back.   The one in town seems to care about clients and service.   The place was not busy.   So good customers gone.  Bye now.    My husband asked if you had any toothpicks, answer nah......

We went to Dome on Easter Sunday, 2 kids and 3 adults. I was very impressed with the variety of the kids menu (it went beyond nuggets and burgers). My kids had waffles and loved them. Eggs and bacon priced reasonably, and the service was great. With a view overlooking the ocean, I'll be back again.

My local morning coffee stop- always bubbly service and the view is to die for! This dome always has a good vibe, is always clean and food is consistent. Usually pretty busy on a Sunday morning for breakfast!

Perfect!. This is the best dome in the state! My family and I stop at Dome most places we travel, its actually an inside joke just how much we do go to Dome! This Dome by far has the most professional service, it is always busy but you never wait for great service and great food!! Staff are friendly

The best place. I have just stayed at halls head in wa!! We went to the dome each day on the beach!! The best food, the best atmosphere and the best customer service ever!! Loved it! Made my holiday!!bev Tasmania

Sunday Breakfast. Had breakfast at Halls Head, Dome this morning.<br/>Nice and early, only a dozen customers, ordered two breakfasts, only to have them served cold.<br/>I was observing the serving staff, and they were delivering meals as soon as they were placed on the servery.<br/>So, I would asume the problem is in the kitchen.<br/>Another 4 customers had the same problem.Lift your game folks.

Why is it closed today? The lights and fans are on. Doors locked. No signs. Boxing Day and people everywhere!

Noisey.. I went here again! The noise was enough normally it is quiet but today it was noisey. They ade the first Mocha with milk they then bought me a good iced Mocha (and they didn't ask what a mocha was) I went there with a friend and he commented on the noise too. I ate half an orange cupcake as it was hard to swallow! I only eat gluten free tucker and the cake was gluten free. It is in a good location and we get a good view. The service was OK. When it is noisey like it was today I don't want to go there but I will probably go there again hopefully it is quieter then. The friend I was with got a flat white. Which he liked. So it is not their ability to make coffee but their ability to keep things quiet that I am comenting on! Quieter and better cakes would be good. They brought me a mocha made with milk, but their remembered that I have 'soy' so they took it away and made me a 'soy' drink without me asking them to do so. As I said the service was OK. But the noise was loud. It was mainly people talking and I had problems hearing my friend!

Down to earth service with a great view, and always a lot quieter than the Mandurah dome. If you like the dome this is definitely for you

Too Hot!. NO AIRCONDITIONING - ON A 40 DEGREE DAY!!!!<br/>Such a shame, as the food and service are excellent.

Perfect location. Love going to this Dome restaurant. It's only a short walk from home and I go a couple of times a week for a coffee. They have recently changed their coffee supplier and the improvement is noticeable. The views from the cafe are amazing. The food at times can be a little processed but the fact that you can sit and relaxx with a glass of wine overlooking the sea makes up for the small negatives. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Coffee time. For the second time I went to Doddi's hoping thing may have changed.<br/><br/>Went with a walking group of about 10 people...coffee was luke wam (again) and the noise of the place is unbelievable...we all commented on it and were glad to leave.<br/><br/>Will not be back.

Whenever I need a chai latte and a catch up with friends the Dome is the always the place we love to go to chill and sit over looking the water its definitely a favorite place of ours to chillaxe :)

Great views of the Ocean.......errr that's all folks!!. Outstanding views of the Ocean, across Doddis Beach, upside No 1.<br/><br/>The food is in my experience, processed, pre-packed and microwaved until it submits. The microwaves are working at such a pace, it's easy to close your eyes and imagine that the cacophonous microwave 'pings' are part of the local campanology club's current recital.<br/><br/>The service - a whole world of pain, depending on which team is on shift. A combination of seemingly unhappy middle aged ladies or teenagers with angst etched across their faces. <br/><br/>Rarely have I experienced good service from the waiting staff.<br/><br/>If you wish to question my experience of the standard of service here, visit the Dome in Halls Head, then visit the Dome in St George's Terrace, Perth. <br/><br/>The difference is beyond comprehension, the Team in St George's Terrace Perth will amaze you.<br/><br/>Upside No 2 - of Dome Halls Head, The Supervisor, 'Jussy' is outstanding. Always has a welcome for customers, is friendly, polite and courteous. Sadly, she is one metaphorical lone voice, in the darkness.<br/><br/>NB. Re my point about poor service, the service at Dome Baldivis lends some context to just how poor service can be. Try it if you doubt me, I dare you, no, I double dare you!

Nice Dome, near the beach. Nice food and coffee and usually quieter and less crowded than the Mandurah Foreshore Dome. Good for catching up with friends that you haven't seen for a while as you can actually hear the conversation.

Shhhhhhhh dont tell people about this great location of a well presented Dome. I want to keep it a secret for us locals!

Perfect location on the beachfront. Fast and friendly service and good dome food in general. Very short wait for food. Can, however, get very busy

Just another Dome- but with a better view.. Same menu and coffee as all the other Dome cafes, including the ones in southeast Asia but with a superior view. The ocean views from this cafe are really nice. Also, the ambient noise level is much lower than in the nearby Dome cafe at Mandurah which is always so damn noisy.<br/>Not too bad overall.

Great Outlook. Just across from Dobbies Beach in Halls Head.<br/>Great outlook, weather, food, coffee and service.<br/>Total package. Just went down yesterday for a Sunday drive. Will be back again very soon.
