Really enjoyable place. Been here a few times and food is consistent. Prices are a little on the higher end but there are more affordable options. Generous sized meals. Great kids menu too.

Loved the garlic Bread and pasta! Best garlic bread I’ve ever eaten !! The staff was so nice to accomodate our needs! Definitely a go to in Mandurah

Sarba's is okay. As in the service is pretty slow and the waitstaff generally uninterested and we waited ages to order and about 35-40mins for the food to come out but once it came it was pretty darn good. So VERY good if you're not in a hurry, but just okay in general. Edit for response: thanks f

Great place for coffee or dining for either single, couples or groups. Inside or outside seating. Wide menu choices and prices. Helpful staff. Food was great and licenced. Easy adjacent parking.

So went to Sarba's Italian Lakelands tonight with my kids to meet up with a friend and her kids which I was looking forward to as I love my Italian food.
