Review Miss Maud Restaurant - Mandurah

Decently priced Tea & Coffee, great atmosphere, friendly staff & my choice of meals are impeccable (only homemade can beat this), the only downside I can see (which can easily be changed by Upper Management) is, some meals only come with Chips or Salad & you need to pay extra if you want something else (I actually don't mind this, but there may be individuals who do). Pictured is Lasagna, which can easily be eaten in 6-8 bites (obviously the meal has already been eaten) & the "slice shelf" of which my personal favorite is the "Queen Silvia" (2nd shelf, first item on the left).

Went for the first time today and food was average however was more about the service received. Girl who served us with dark hair demanded rather then asking to see me vaccination card. Was 100% fine showing but it was the way she spoke. Then started screaming at a colleague to check my husbands vac card as he was sitting down. “ check his vac card, check his vac card “ when I asked who she was yelling at her response was not you. Won’t be going back!

Couldn’t finish this. Was old, crumbling away, custard very thick and strawberries with a slight taste of fermentation in the back of my mouth. It has always been a hit and miss for fresh food in the cake department at Miss Mauds Mandurah Forum when buying takeaway. Sad as it’s my favourite place for a treat. Looks like I may have to order from the front.

Unbelievable; atrocious service. Staff argued right in front of me over who was going to take my order because nobody wanted to. When I finally ordered they just pointed to the eftpos machine and said “pay there.” and then shoved a table number at me. When food came out the plates were filthy; they had remnants of slices that were obviously served before I came in (I didn’t order any sweets) and when I said something I was given “yeah, well”. 100% will never go back there the old bags could not care less about their quality or service or customers’ health.

went for a bite to eat at miss mauds Mandurah and it was the worst experience ever, staff were rude and ignorant and wouldn’t even let me get a word in when I asked for a sandwich without lettuce. One particular person I think her name was charlotte was very rude, very passive aggressive did not get a good vibe of her at all I think I heard her bad talking me!!! I do not think that is very professional of her.

MADDISON BULL I suggest you supply a copy of your receipt or other definite proof of your visit to Miss Mauds on the day in question, to all of google readers as your review is misleading and falsely names and targets Miss Mauds staff eg.Charlotte, if you where indeed at Miss Maud Mandurah you would have seen that staff where in short supply and the staff member you have targeted was not there. I suggest you reconsider the validity of your false review as every staff member wears a name badge so names are readily seen and a mistaken identity cannot be made. Miis Mauds staff are always friendly and food is good, so your first ever review is false and misleading.

Went for tea and cake at Mauds at 2pm on Friday was told we close in 40 mins which in itself is rediculous, but all the time we sat eating our cake we had them cleaning around us, such an uncomfortable situation to be in, wiping tables sweeping up . We finished quickly and left, It was rediculous. I am surprised the shopping centre allows them to close at this time.

Busy cafe in the middle of the Forum. Heaps of seating available but beware if you have a trolley you won't be able to go inside but have to use the outside seating. Pricing of the menu is quite cheap compared to other cafes around.

My mum and I have enjoyed Miss Maud's for many many years. Though after some extremely disappointing visits to your Cockburn and Carousel stores have stayed clear. However decided on Saturday to try the new store in Mandurah. Wow fantastic! Lots of friendly staff buzzing around. Drinks arrived quickly and exactly the way they should. I ordered a kids burger (I have a gastric sleeve and can only eat small amounts) it came out quickly piping hot and fresh. Burger delicious and mum enjoyed the chips! Upon leaving a friendly waitress made a point of saying goodbye and enjoy our day and whether we enjoyed everything, which if course we said we did very much. Keep it up! I live in NSW now and miss going to a Miss Maud's so I'll look forward to visiting again when I'm back. Please pass the feedback onto the store. Thanks!

Hi i went in today for the first time to have lunch. I ordered a thai salad the meat was so dry nearly tasted like the juice was sucked out before it was served. I paid $17.00 for it and was a hardly any meat. Leaves and a few nuts with sweet chilli on side. Had a first bad experience and wont be back.

Sorry Guys had a very disappointing dining experience on Saturday 26 May my granddaughters birthday lunch ..... ordered a parmigiana, Fritata and a kids nachos To be blunt the parmy serving was very mean and I was totally dismayed with the fritata unlike any I have ever experienced, when paying almost $17 for serves that can only be classified as “kids portions” Talking about kids portions my younger granddaughters nachos kids meal was minuscule and she was rather disappointed not to be able to find the ‘surprise’ that was supposedly included we pacified her by saying the cocktail umbrella must’ve been the ‘surprise’� In all, kids don’t complain and I wasn’t prepared to either,so saved it till now .... very disappointing!

I can’t fault this place, if you don’t see exactly what you want on menu-just ask😀Service is great, staff very friendly too.

Today was hectic at the Mandurah forum and Miss Mauds was packed, thankfully my son and I managed to get a table. The ladies on the till and serving the food were lovely, happy and helpful even though they were rushed off their feet. The food didn't take too long to come out and it was hot, fresh & delicious. Can't wait to go back with my whole family ��

Not a good experience ~ small quantities with a very high price tag. Having a dine in fee is steep considering the atmosphere is nothing extravagant even in the Swedish scheme of things. New Local Competition is definitely going to stop the monopoly here.

So today I thought I'd pop in and grab a takeaway coffee as I noticed it wasn't very busy and I wouldn't have to wait too long. No that wasn't the case. I stood at the counter waiting for about 5 minutes. I saw 5 different staff members and not even 1 acknowledged me. I understand you get busy but there were only a few customers sitting down to eat. It's not hard to say 'we won't be long' or 'someone will be with you in a minute'. Not that you looked busy anyway. Most of you were just chatting to each other and only 1 girl was at the coffee machine working. Super disappointing and I definitely won't be back or recommending you!

Take away service was very good. I did not have to wait long and there was plenty of staff to serve.

Rude! So bloody rude, Food is overpriced & really not worth the price tag

Worst $18 lasagne and salad ever!!! a frozen one tastes better.

Although the cakes are amazing, the sandwiches are REALLY BAD. Dry and stale with the butt of the tomato used (just outer skin of tomato). All 3 of us were disgusted and couldn't eat the alleged sandwiches. Expressed our disappointment, no refund, just a clear message that their "give a damn" was busted. Shame on you!
