Review Subway - Mandurah

I purchased a seafood and salad grain roll today at Mandurah Forum store. Really poor effort of quality and quantity. Staff attitude was poor and the worst was yet to come. When I got home I had to open and adjust the food in roll as was like more of one thing at one end and seafood was more like at other end. Not only that as an extra I received live meat crawling around. I have attached a pic of the bug. Never again.

Stan is the MAN at the Forum Subway can't ask for better customer service and our sandwiches weren't just thrown together and all soggy he showed pride in making them the other workers need to take a leaf out of his book. Keep it up mate 👍

Admitted: they use yesterday bread if you say you want toasted. Came in for my usual subway. The guy asked me if if I wanted fresh or toasted, made me worried the bread was not fresh but he assured me it was. It was not fresh, if was stale and not nice at all. Called up and was offered replacement/refund and the lady admitted that they use bread from the previous day if you say you want it toasted. So much for fresh everyday… only for some

Attitude of one of the servers was filthy!! No engagement with us just grunted through his questions.. made condescending comments about my partners meal.. he then complained to other staff (while serving us) that he was "just over today and wanna go home"... while sitting down eating another 2 lady's walk in and one of which stormed saying that the attitude of that staff member stinks... (as I write this they are now are complaining about other customers as they leave) in full hearing of us and other customers!!! Before I even finished my meal they began swearing behind the counter a female staff member called this server over to which he responded "what c###t?" No tables are cleaned..This place would do well to have an actual manager. Worst customer service my partner and I have seen in a long time.

Money craze owner can’t employ people in the peak hour. Waited 30 min. In the queue and finally when my turn came, just two people are never enough to manage 8 people in store and uber drivers lining up and finally forgetting my food in oven, burning. Ridiculous, waste of time.

I went there at 6 this afternoon and the man that was working was doing his job poorly. 1. He had no mask on when we are in the middle of a pandemic 2. He was wearing gloves with holes in them and wasn't changing them between customers 3. He wasn't wearing a hair-net Honestly, you guys need to pick up your game or make there be more than one person per store because amongst all of that the wait times were crazy as well I usually don't leave reviews like this but I was appalled by this tonight. and I want to hear back from this because this is not on.

I love subway Italian bread with salad on it

Toasted or fresh it ls always a favourite of mine you realy have to taste a good Italian herbs and cheese footlong for lunch or tea dont forget tosters of at 8pm so get in quick always check your email get a free drink on your bday when you sign up to there sub card give it a try
