Review Han's Cafe - Mandurah

Excellent value for money. Delicious food. We ordered a Seafood Salad and Mixed Starter, followed by a beautiful Red Curry & Rice. Superb service with a smile. Didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive & it was all cooked to perfection. Will definitely go to Hans Mandurah again.

Very tasty satay chicken and vege curry! Wonderful service by friendly staff, happy to have a chat and a laugh - a rarity amongst chain restaurants, and shows a real care for their craft and job. Diverse gluten free options too! Will definitely be coming back!

After enjoying the dolphin cruise through the Mandurah city’s inland waterways, we had our lunch here. Nice place for dine in. We ordered chicken fried rice, seafood fried rice, green curry chicken, pad thai, lightly fried marinated mutton toasted in tasty garlic sauce, potato fries with tomato ketchup and prawn crackers. They served us tasty food at a reasonable price. 🙂🙂🙂👌👌👌

Most gross food I have ever tasted. The food used to be incredible here, I don't know what you've done, changed chef's, ingredients or what it is. This is the second time you have ruined a simple dish of honey chicken and fried rice. Filled with black cracked pepper, it's extremely dry and tastes like the food its months old, its stail. I will never return and I highly recommend staying away from this place. I hope I don't get food poisoning this time, because I did last time.

Our Pad Thai was missed in our pick up order, and they just said we can have it ‘next time’ because the kitchen was shut. The Thai green chicken curry was like water, and the chicken was well over cooked. The Prawn Tom Yum soup had 2 prawns in it, both incredibly over cooked, the squid was crumbly and taste like it was out of a can, the chicken in it ( I’m guessing added for lack of prawns) was also well over cooked, and the ‘noodles’ were literally instant spaghetti! It’s so sad to see this place end up like this, because I used to come here years ago and the food was really nice, maybe a change of hands have changed food quality. I never complain about bad food or write reviews but I feel this had to be said. For near $100 of food I expected so much more. An embarrassment to Asian cuisine.

The most disgusting Han's Cafe I have visited. $80 that could have been better spent! The iced coffee was WAY too sweet. No spoon was given for the ice coffee, and after I asked one a dirty spoon was given with food stuck to it. I asked for a clean one, instead the waitress took the filthy one and cleaned it to return to me. The food was SERIOUSLY bad. It was just out of tune, which suggest to me the kitchen staff don't know what they are doing. The food also was too sweet, which suggest to me these people have an obsession with adding sugar to mask their incompetence.

We booked online and there was some confusion regarding seating. When we were finall seated it took 20 minutes before we were asked for our order. The entree came out cold and must have been cooked and not served for a long time. The Pad Thai noodles were good but the Chicken Cashews very average. The wait staff were rushed and no competent. It was a Friday night and the resaraunt was one third full, even at that level the staff and kitchen were not coping. Hans Cafe used to be one of our regulars but never again.

That was the first and last time I eat in this restaurant. First the waiters seemed not really welcoming. I have waited 50 minutes instead 15 for beef satays and a « seafood » fried rice. It was extremely long for only one entree and one dish. When I finally got my order, I was very upset because the satays beef were burnt and IMPOSSIBLE to chew, I had to throw it away.. and the « seafood » rice had 2 poor unseasoned shrimps, pieces of crab and absolutely no vegetables in it. I was hungry at first but this experience gradually took away my appetite.
