been going and spending my $$ at this location almost every day morning while on my way to school, had 2 free drinks card (maccas new promo till dec 22) with me and when purchased with any thing over $8 u get 2 free drinks. bought something over $12 yesterday and then requested for 2 coffee with the 2 free drink card, when asked to return the card the manager said it's not possible in a rudely manner, as i come and get free coffee every time. well that card alone made me come and spend extra $ which i didn't plan in the first place itself, well you lose a customer..simple

Clean toilets, friendly staffs and a nice and warm play area for the kids. Having a little boy who runs off as well this place comes in even more convenient as the play area is enclosed and shut off from the rest by a door.

Tall blonde lady with glasses working in the cafe needs to work on her people skills. Extremely short to both my dad and I and seemed like she didn’t have time. Her coffee also tasted like a muddy puddle. If you hate your job don’t work there !!

Been going here fairly often, but the orange juice was disappointingly watered down today. If there wasn't much left, just say it's not available. Other than that the meal was good

Waited at the speaker for a solid 10mins to order.. then when I got to the window the manger slammed the window in my face without a word, sat there a further 10mins with no explanation. Then when a young girl came to take my payment she seemed upset.. by the time I got my order it was cold and I also had to ask the other girl to fix my order due to the managers mess up!!
Waste of time and money!!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The only time someone spoke to me was when my order was taken. I’ve worked at McDonald’s myself and never would I treat a customer the way I was treated. Got to the payment window, eftpos machine was shoved at me with no hello, nothing. Got to the other window. Food was again shoved at me, I asked if my sauce was in the bag and I was ignored. They were talking about the customer before, swearing etc. just because you work at McDonald’s doesn’t mean you don’t have to ask a customer how they are or even just say hi.

Ridiculous stupid service abd my meals were not presented properly. I also had to wait 8 minutes for my order In the restaurant. Not happy

The food was fast and fresh, wasn't slapped together. I really enjoyed the friendly service! The Cafe staff always love having a chat and make great coffee, with a range of choice available. I suggest this place if you have kids since there is a PlayPlace. You also can order before arriving on their simple app. It always gets busy past 7pm so don't expect it to be quick during peak hour, all the staff work really well to make sure your meal is perfect!
