My husband and I are their regular customers. We ordered two pizzas with classic crust 15$ each delivered. This is what they gave us!!!!I called the store and they said it might be oven proof 😵It was so bad taste and not what we paid for!!!!Why you even send us them if they are not what we ordered???When you called them they just apologise nothing else!!They lost us forever!!!

Just did an online order and it didn't process properly after 5 mins. Recieved no email, so checked my bank and the amount for my pizza was taken out. Called the store to see if my order was recieved on their end as my money was taken only to be told online ordering was turned off because they were busy. Not happy as they are happily taking money, although they are not taking online orders. Now have to wait a few days to get my money back.

3 orders out of 4 in a month and you just can't get it right. This order just picked up is supposed to have capsicum sauce as an extra. Mostly sprayed over the lid of the box on 2 and not on my pizzas. Twice before orders were completly stuffed up got meat lovers instead of 3 of my usual ham & pineapples. Really staff you need to pay attention to READING the orders ONLINE and making sure the sauce goes ON my pizza. Big FAIL 3 times out of 4. Not happy!

Last night a pizza was delivered to my house that I assumed my daughter or husband ordered for as I was home feeling unwell. 30 minutes later the driver comes back and accuses me of lying to her by not letting her know I didn't order the pizza. I apologised to her and told her I had already eaten a few slices but she demanded I give her the rest of the pizza back. I would have happily paid for the pizza if I was given the option but the driver was rude and obnoxious so I just gave it back to her. Absolutely disgusted in her attitude.

Ordered 3 pizzas at 5pm gets finally delivered at 7.05pm has hardly any toppings and half cold when it arrives disgusting customer service and poor quality food, apon complaint of where is the food they finally showed up with no apologies or anything

The staff on phone very friendly abd also delivery driver polite .... I paid $39.45 fir two medium sized pizzas ( if they are large what a joke !) I’m a local my normal pizza place was closed at the time ... will definitely NEVER 👎 order from There again pizzas weren’t even good 😌

We live in Erskine near where Dominos is situated. We ordered 2 pizzas, as we have done for years, and yet again, the pizza was late and it was nowhere near hot. We are sick of this when it happens. We rang and spoke to a young lady who did not give a stuff. That's it for Dominos Erskine, we will try another pizza company.

Citrus Marketing

If you like your Pizza slow and cold - you have to order from here. Staff not interested either. I guess there's a reason why they have such a low review rating. You need to pick up your game, bigtime!
