Lazy and rude staff with bad attitudes. They stand around talking taking forever to make the food, they act like they don't take their job seriously and that they don't care in the least about the customer getting good service. Worst Muzz Buzz I've ever been to. Also, see photos in Updates tab.

Just waited outside 20 minutes for iced coffee frappe and a mocha, only to ask at the windows how far off it would be, the girls hadn't even started them. Disappointing. Said don't worry about making them now. Less chatting amongst staff would be a great start. Terrible!

Whoever roasts the beans at Mandurah knows what they are doing. It is rare to get a coffee that is heavily roasted with tasting bitter or burnt. Loved it.

My husband and I visit the beautiful girls at MB regularly as they are the warmest and friendliest baristas in Mandurah. The coffee is amazing and made exactly as we like it. Went there today and orderd a Iced Mocha (which is not your average cup of coffee) Their Iced Mocha was very good and cold I will be going back! They have proved themselves to me! And service was reasonably fast too. So I left a happy camper with a Iced Mocha! That I drank over the next few minutes. Their staff were happy but not intruesive. Which makes a difference. I would give them a 9.5 out of 10 and the other half a point belongs to God.
