Its super easy to pause or change the beans you want and the delivery is on time with a reminder sent so you know when they are coming and trackable delivery as well. Then there is the taste. Amazing tasting coffee and the pastries are definitely an add on. Staff is always super friendly. Nice and relaxing space if you have the time to relax and enjoy your coffee. PLUS they offer you coffee (any) for free when you purchase beans, which coffee shop does that?!?! I keep coming back because

After a 35 minute wait I had a good (not exceptional) coffee and my toasted sandwich was given to another customer. All sorts of excuses! Poor systems! A refund was agreed to but took time! I’m not returning even though they gave my two free coffees. Not worth the wait I would avoid if I were you!

Massive Roaster providing very good unique coffees and great donuts and other pastries. :) Amazing time talking coffee and experiencing coffee from China for the first time! Space is a little small for sitting. The layout inside could be better explained.
