Review Banana Blossom Asian Salads - Manly

Good place to go, I tried Nourishing rice bowl but it was too much dressing sauces. Just noticed them if you don’t want too much sauce on your bowls. However, the services are good so I will definitely be back.

Tried the vegan Thai and it was a very big portion for a great price. Taste was nothing special but decent. Only thing that was really said to see is that even for dine in they only had disposable cutlery, which is very wasteful and considering the bush fires and floods we have been facing in the past it’s something that they should reconsider.

Amazing flavour combinations, and it’s so deliciously fresh, you can feel the goodness while eating it. The service was very good also.

It’s no secret that banana blossom are the best at what they do. It’s just every time I go, I’m always impressed! Always fresh, always fast and and always so incredibly tasty! Thank you to all the lovely staff!

Many years now that I love to go to banana blossom . Salads are still huge and good specially the dressing ( Tokyo classic with tofu for me) even if presentation is a bit negliged now. The space in the restaurant to sit is really tiny and tables not always cleans. How ever it stay a nice place for fast lunch .

Popular Manly eatery located just behind the Corso. Fusion style salads with many delicious options.

Delicious salads, whatever choice you make! Big bowl with various ingredients, reasonable price. Clean and nice place to sit as well. Definitely will come back.

YUMMMMMMM. We’ve been here twice in a week now. So delicious!! The lineup can be massive so be prepared. But don’t worry, it moves quickly! Delicious selection of huge salads and relatively healthy beverages. I’ve been really happy both times.

Always busy here. The food so good, the salads are good portion size. The staff can be a little slow though so be prepared to have some long waits. Overall a good place to get some lunch.

Staff were pretty nice. Food was awesome and although the portions were a little intimidating, most of the salads are just filled with fresh veggies and lettuce not just rice noodles. Plenty of gf options too if your that way inclined....
The satay noodle salad was really good! However not a thick peanut butter texture like I’m used too but never the less yummy! Especially when warm

Really awesome food! It’s a great healthy alternative at manly. Only issue is that the place stinks of fish sauce but other than that it’s great. The serving size is big too surprisingly.

I'm a big fan of Banana Blossom whenever I am after a substantial, healthy meal - the portions sizes are decent so if you are a small eater, I would recommend asking for your meal in one of their cute American style take-away boxes so that you can take any left-overs home!

My favourite is their Tokyo Classic with Green Tea soba and white sesame soy dressing. You can either chose chicken or tofu with any of their noodles. They use whole chicken pieces so I usually go chicken as my protein!

Overall a great, healthy and delicious choice which has me coming back!

Best salads I've ever had! Healthy, delicious and filling! Satay chicken salad is my go to here. Sometimes gets very busy, but with salads like this, it's easy to see why.

“Your Body Will Thank You”

Have visited this wonderful cafe time and time again and it is always consistently good. Whether you are an omnivore or vegan this place caters for all consumers! Favourites include the New York Chinese chicken salad with crispy noodles, the Buddhas Delight with tofu and the Thai Beef Salad with jasmine rice! The secret is all in the dressing! Oh, and there's a new one now at Warringah Mall! Yeh!

Seriously the best salads you'll ever taste this side of the Moon - good quality and quantity - I seriously crave their salads when I'm not in manly

BB has super delicious, healthy salads. Perfect to take away to the beach or I usually treat myself when I am working from home. Tokyo chicken is classically good - I can't really comment on any others as I always go tried and true! The only thing that brings it down is the queues. If you get there on 12 or before on a weekday you should be okay but if it is sunny or a weekend you could be waiting 15+ minutes!

A side alley off Manly Corso and a queue out the door with a sign promoting 'eat more greens' and amazing Asian aromas with glimpses of abundant bowls of fresh bean sprouts, ginger and lovely fresh green leaves of various ilk.
So we went back later when a table was free but it wasn't quite as amazing as it might have been with chicken being served up instead of tofu in the satay tofu :(. Buddha bowl tofu salad with papaya was good.
About $13 each? It was pretty good though next time I'd ask for less noodles and check they got the order right.
Very busy because of being fresh.

Fresh and tasty vegetables pop in your mouth but let down by the chicken that tastes ordinary and not very much of fowl, and the peanut sauce tastes like it came out of a bottle

I had the Buddha bowl with tofu and it was really good. Super fresh flavours, the dressing was so delicious. I think the staff might let this place down a bit, they weren't very friendly, if people didn't hear their name being called they seemed to get frustrated or laugh at them, not very welcoming.

Would you like animal cruelty with that? I would love to give this place more stars but Im not going to because although the salads are very tasty they do not use free range chicken. Who wants to eat caged chicken these days? I would gladly pay a few dollars more for this option as well as organic non GMO tofu. I asked them about it and they didn't care for my opinion. I can actually go around the corner to another place and get both free range chicken and eggs for cheaper. I also hate the way the staff talk really loudly amongst themselves about all sorts of personal things that I really dont want to hear while having my lunch. Lastly they do not even have eftpos. This is 2015 and they do cash only! What the.
