Stood there for 5 minutes while 1 person was serving and three others had their backs turned ignoring customers while having their own conversation.

Just want to give a shoutout to the lovely young man working on Easter Sunday night who responded to my requests surrounding my peanut allergy in the best way I could have asked. He was vigilant with fetching a new scoop, identified that other cones were stored with those with peanuts and directed me to cones stored separately. Please pass on my thanks for not making it a big deal, and making the visit a very reassuring one (as I have experienced less than ideal responses in the past).

The ice creams are crazy! Very good (not very healthy) but we all deserve a little treat.
A lot of choices (dairy free, vegan...).

@Ben and Jerry’s MANLY Bought 2 x $15 candles 2x 1 scoop ice cream.. paid with Tap didn’t tell how much it was and he charged me $58…??? I asked if I could get a refund and he said it was too busy and to come back ??

I always have this whenever I visit Manly. One of my grandmother's favourite shop to visit too. But this time, they don't have much of a choice. Not too sure if we always go at the wrong time or they just run out of ice cream. 😄

American ice cream (not gelato) at its best. Rich, dense and creamy with amazing flavors. Our favorites include Phish Food (named after an American band), and New York Super Fudge Chunk. American ice cream does't get any better than this!

Ben & Jerry flavours are ok but agree with one of the previous reviews that the ice cream is not cold enough & instantly melts everywhere. The service is also appalling. Got ignored by one staff member who was making his girlfriend a large tub of ice cream she did not pay for & then promptly walked out of the store &:said "let's go" when we were clearly waiting. Another young man appeared from out the back, made eye contact then walked off back out the back. Finally served by a young lady, who had finished with another very slow customer, & she just passed the minimum standards of what good customer service should look like. If I owned a franchise name business in such a prominent location I would certainly not allow three teenagers to run it into the ground with one of the lowest standards of service I have experienced in a long time. Good luck Ben & Jerry's Manly. I won't be back.
