Another Super Healthy option in Manly. I think they're taking it to the next level. Leaning more towards the vegan menu.no meat options. I did thoroughly enjoy my warm salad I was disappointed that I can't get cow's milk with my coffee it just tastes wrong with all the other types of so called milk.

Love all the Bowls! My absolute fave are the ‘warm bowls’. Lovely little laneway spot to sit and eat as the world passes by.

Finally a place that does fresh, interesting, easy and filling salad bowls. I wish there were a Verd in every 'burb! The real winner though is their raw peanut butter choc slice... Yum
