I finally got to visit Verd and I tried the salad with tempeh (forgot the name) and it was sooo good! Full of flavour and the tempeh itself was very rich and savoury, I honestly loved it. I am very disappointed that manly offers so little food vegan options, but Verd is making up for it.
Service was quick and lovely too.
Also great that they don’t serve in disposable bowls by default, like most other restaurants around, which is irresponsible considering the climate change.

Cute little vegan place with some lovely looking salads, the guy who took my order was very friendly which was nice! There seemed to be only one person working for a while, two at the maximum and at peak lunch time, the wait felt really long (20-25 minutes for a salad!) but they did give me a cup of sparkling water for the wait and the salad was gorgeous! Would highly recommend the pad Thai salad - lots of filling veg, generous amount of tofu, peanuts and coriander, overall very filling!

I am so happy with my experience at Verd! I ordered the OG macro bowl as recommended by a staff and was pleasantly surprised.
The bowl itself is an adventure for those who love and are learning to love veggies. Each spoonful was a surprise with the teriyaki almonds, sprouted Beans, or tempeh. The size seems daunting but once you’ve finished you’re left wanting more.
The ambiance was also perfect! I went right after lunch hour and got to witness the calm after the storm. The music was at just the right volume and the seating felt perfect for an afternoon catchup with a colleague or friend. Finally I loved the small treat with dark chocolate which left my mouth wanting more! Will definitely be back to try some more bowls at Verd.

Super Tasty yummy plant based food. Had brunch here and it was great. We tried the Tijuana bowl and the Dahl and both were excellent. Another Super Healthy option in Manly. I think they're taking it to the next level. Leaning more towards the vegan menu.no meat options. I did thoroughly enjoy my warm salad I was disappointed that I can't get cow's milk with my coffee it just tastes wrong with all the other types of so called milk. If it doesn't come from an udder it's not milk.i will go back and try some of there other meals . But not the coffee

Finally a place that does fresh, interesting, easy and filling salad bowls. I wish there were a Verd in every 'burb! The real winner though is their raw peanut butter choc slice... Yum
