I love the ice cream but do not order delivery!
Very disappointing that you offer delivery service and cancel the orders all the time!
I have to wait over 10 days to get my money back.
I call the store and the guy on phone was really rude.
The order was in stock.(see pictures).
You shouldn’t offer delivery service if your negligent staff don’t care about people’s orders.

Great variety of desserts, some on the pricier side. Takes time to be served when things get busy, and some workers might not be the best to communicate with at times. Ice cream overall is great. Not too sweet but not overwhelming at least. Overall this one is a must try, definitely not a bad place.

Definitely one of the best ice cream places in Manly. Love their chocolate coconut flavour. Quality made and great selection of flavours on offer. 2 scoops will finish your day off nicely and put and big smile on your face.

Unfriendly staff (female, white/caucasian) who seem to be unable to understand simple orders. Overcrowded and unorderly to the point where other customers will shove you out of the line. There is very little seating. Ice cream itself was good but not worth the dive bar-esque experience.

Nice, good quality ice-cream, with a good texture and decent prices. The service was pretty fast. The only thing I'd complain about is that there were some tags that were displayed for flavours that weren't available, so it was a bit confusing!

Went for two scoops of the raspberry sorbet when one would've been more than enough. Prices are fair and the scoops are nice and large. Plenty of flavors available for everyone.

Ice cream was good but poor communication and queue management (other customers get very aggressive). Staff (Caucasian/female) were inattentive and acted confused when taking our very basic orders.

The server got pretty impatient when we were deciding what flavours we wanted to get so that dampened the experience...otherwise flavours are always consistent across all movenpick branches

We had multiple variety of ice creams here and all were up to the mark ..we have tired blueberry cheese cake and walnut maple ice cream ..Which has little smoky flavor and it was yum.. espresso was also awesome .

Nice ice in the hot weather! Still, maple walnut, vanilla brownie, blueberries.... I am wandering if one day I can try every favour of their ice cream. <br/><br/>The difference is that their ice cream does melt so quick compared with DQ(dairy queen)<br/><br/>Haha, their ads is quite overwhelming - the art of sweet ice cream.... haha it just normal ice cream, From my personal view.

Pretty ordinary ice cream tbh, however the flavours are pretty cool. I got the coconut swirl chocolate, it's yummy and creamy. There's coconut bits in the ice cream which is good.

Nothing is like sitting by the pitch black empty beach and licking on ice-cream. It was soothing, refreshing, and meditative. I picked two of my all time flavours - chocolate and pistachio. It's not as good as Gelato Messina but after a long day of revelry, it was a good way to sober up and finish the night on a high note.

There ice creams are the best! Choco mint, Raspberry and everything else! Perfect for sunny weather! A lot of choices to choose from. You will enjoy every flavour they have. 👌🏻😉

So now that I've reviewed a gelateria, let's look at ice creams! One thing the Swiss don't stand on neutral ground about is ice cream. The Swiss are brilliant for their ice creams and Mövenpick's are no exception. The downside is that it's quite expensive for the nature of the product they are selling, at $5 a scoop. I can't remember the variations to this pricing for additional scoops so don't hold me to it.

Movenpick at Manly – icecream! I love waffle cones and I love trying new icecream joints! Movenpick maple pecan and chocolate coconut Both flavours were super yummy, creamy and moreish. The chunks of pecan in the maple pecan icecream made the icecream more fun, and the coconut chocolate looked fantastic before it started all melting together! Just OK. I usually don't mind paying for more if the quality is premium, but their ice cream did not impress me. They were just OK. I have come back here to try other flavours but still they were not that fantastic.
