Review Jerry's Pizza Pasta Restaurant - Manly

It’s funny, when you find a good pizza store you go back lots. So we did. But tonight I got the worst pizza ever. And the most terrible customer service by the “Manager” of Jerry’s Pizza. This was the state of the pizza when it got delivered to two apartments below ours. Plus they were cold. Pretty outrageous. The worst part was when we called them they told us they would call us at some point to discuss. - just text the photos to this mobile. So we did. Except he then told us it wasn’t their fault, it was Deliveroo’s. and then called to ask to deliver it personally. Except the catch? We had to pay again - direct to them. So not only was our pizza cold, a mess and delivered to the wrong door, we had to pay $120 for the privilege to be able to eat din. Then when I said we won’t be ordering, the “Manager’s” response - thanks for all the food you ordered and enjoy eating at others” - can you hear the attitude? What’s disappointing is you deliver the pizzas, we go - epic service, and customer life . Now? Never again.

Great quality pizza, quickly mDe and tastes delish. We did dine-in but I would suggest take say as the atmosphere is not good and tables are not that much clean and ready to serve.

Unfortunately, not a good experience. Ordered pasta and garlic pizza through Menulog which turned up with the driver giving a warning to be careful as the pasta had leaked everywhere. Opened the garlic pizza to find the pizza slices had moved on top of each other. Eating the pasta, all I can taste is garlic, overcooked pasta and watery cream sauce. Can’t speak about the pizzas but would not recommend ordering pasta from here unless you want to spend the night feeling sick.

Wow just wow. Best Italian food i’ve ever tried, and i’ve tried many! Love the atmosphere of the restaurant, feels so homey! Great pizzas, amazing pastas and cant forget the garlic bread! Everything is always served hot, fresh and tasty. Owners have great customer service, so friendly and down to earth. Try out Jerry’s pizza pasta manly and thank me later ❤️

The best place ever, it is our favourite place. I remember we used to come to Jerry’s when I was little with my grandparents and now im coming down here with my fiancé. Always been delicious and the homemade chocolate cake is another level.

Jerry's Pizza managed to make sure my order was hot and fresh even though Deliveroo dropped the ball and couldn't get my order to me for 2 and a half hours. The Jerry Special is delicious!

I appreciate that place for the customer service. They’ve been truly caring and I think they deserve a star for caring about the way they serve people. Thanks guys!

The Pizza sends me back to Naples! Always a treat to grab a box from Jerry's, walk down to the beach and watch the sunset with a glass of wine or a couple of beers. Great food, friendly and consistent staff, highly recommended.

Have been eating here for over 2 years now and not once have I ever had to complained as their pizza’s are to die for. Until tonight. The sauce on the meatlovers pizza’s were all wrong. Took one bite and could taste that it was not made the same way like when I order it from Lucy or Jerry. The BBQ chicken pizza had way too much BBQ sauce and the sauce tasted weird, made me gag. Could not eat any of the pizza. I was so disappointed as I loved their pizza so much. It’s now 10:49pm and I now have to find something for dinner for my family.

In general, food is affordable and delicious. Really love the creamy garlic prawn pasta. Generous with the prawns and the flavouring is on point.<br/><br/>We ordered the portuguese pizza, but it was a little hard to find the hard boiled egg in it, which is a highlight of the portuguesa pizza. It’s also on a salty side, but very generous with toppings and the pizza dough came out crispy. Could hold the slice easily. <br/><br/>They also close late which is good!

In Manly for the weekend, and came action<br/>As this little gem. Best pizza I have ever had and I'm 60. Fast in house pizza, so hot and yummy. Do yr self a favour and check it out. Fast, friendly and try the garlic cheese appitiser to die for. So yum. Keep up the great work. Thamkyou

I live Jerry’s!! It’s open all night long. A lot of people go for a pizza after a night of beers but I’ll go any time of the day! I always get fettuccine boscaiola with a Caesar salad and garlic bread! Never a let down, absolutely love it. <br/>

I really wanted to like Jerry's, it's my local pizza joint and the staff were great, but the pizza was pretty tasteless and ordinary - shame! I had the Jerry's Special.
