Terrible service. Young girl at the counter saw me waiting and did not bother acknowledging me, then after a couple of minutes (this was the early morning and there was no customers) came to assist me and couldn't answer my questions about their menu. She also didn't accept me bringing my own bowl to get an acai which I find shocking - as a business, you should be very welcoming of customers who care about our planet. Will not be back at acai brothers and do not recommend it.
If youre after a good acai, Oakberry acai tastes wayyyy better and you get a discount there when you take your own bowl too :)

We traveled to Sydney last month & a dear friend of mine, recommended this place to us. We went there since we were new they took time to explain everything so we pick the right bowl, I loved the berry smoothies super yummy! & I helped myself with Avocado 🥑 sandwich! I wish there were in San Francisco too! Highly recommended if you are heading to Manly check Acai Brothers for sure!

This place by far serves the best smoothies, Acai Bowls and the service and quality of delivery is second to none. My whole family enjoys all the goodness they have to offer. My girls personal fave is berrydelicious... if your looking for originality and quality Manly store is one to visit

I had driven an hour to get there and arrived there at 4:20. It closes at 5:00. I walk in and thwart who works there says with attitude that they don’t make açai bowls at that time. So I leave and come back 10 minutes later and say so what time do you normally stop making açai bowls. She said 4:30. I said when I came in here earlier it was 4:20, which is not 4:30. She then started to blame it on her manager. She was just so lazy that she couldn’t make a paying costumer an açai bowl.
If you run an açai bowl cafe, you make açai bowls until you close. That is what you are there for.
Very unhappy with the attitude and the service. Such a waste of 2 hours.

Delicious bowls, FRESH. Many options for enhanced flavors. Very comparable to what you experience in Hawaii! A bit pricey...is the only con.

Took My Granddaughter HEre because she wanted to try this "Acai" thing. The man at the counter, who seemed to be running the show as he was the only one over 18... gave us the RUDEST service i've ever seen! he was SO pushy with his service, just let me make up my own mind!
overall, poor SERVICE, and EXPENSIVE for the portion size. will not be back... have been to Bare Naked Bowls since, and the portions are much better.

I have travelled all over the world and been to many different Acai Bowl places. These are not Acai Bowls, they are sugary treats filled to the brim with anything but Acai. The Coffee is poor and the Bowls are so small for the price.

What's better on a hot day than a bowl of Acai and fruits?! <br/><br/>We ordered the mango madness and tropic thunder bowls, they were quick to make and looked very pretty.<br/><br/>Fruits in both bowls were very fresh and delicious. As for the Acai, the mango madness is thick and icy, however the tropic thunder was quite watery. They also sprinkle a bunch of buckini (instead of the normal granola), however i'm not a huge fan, it doesn't taste very much and a little too coarse, but apparently it's really good for you :p <br/><br/>Overall, the experience is enjoyable, however the quality is not consistent. Can't escape from buckini either, and there isn't seem to be another crunch you can choose for your acai bowl.

Definitely an experience to to try there acai bowls!! Very unique flavours, there location is quite easy to find and close enough to the Manly Warf, would recommend the Jaffa Bowl and the Lemon Meringue Bowl - the fruit was very fresh!
