Just popped in here for a takeaway bowl so we could relax and eat our breakfast beach bowls while watching the surfers at Manly Beach. They have a great selection of bowls on offer along with smoothies and juices. Will definitely be going back again to try out some of their smoothies and juices.
Excellent fresh fruit smoothies and bowls available at this very convenient, clean shop! Grab a smoothie and enjoy it in front of the beach. Takeaway containers and straws are paper rather than plastic which is appreciated as well.
The Salted caramel acai bowl was great, it was definitely what i needed to make myself feel better in isolation. The service was also amazing
Since being in Los Angeles sampling various raw food bars I was so glad to find that my local Fresh Blend is not only the best I've found in Sydney but on par with those in LA. They have quite a few green smoothie options for whatever level you're feeling a need for, great acai bowls, clean tasting and uncomplicated. I also have their Thai salad quite often which makes the perfect lunch.
The first thing I notice is the amazing and hospitable staff that work here. Then the realisation that the acai bowl that I ordered is freaking amazing! Not only that but their wide variety of juices is to die for and the "Thai-me up" salad is pretty damn tasty!

Great spot to visit for a refreshing smoothie, acai bowl or salad after a swim at the beach! Easy and delicious option for breakfast and lunch - particularly the YUM acai buckiwi bowl with extra strawberry and homemade peanut cashew butter 😊
