As the saying goes “Don’t judge a book by its cover”. The entrance to the café can be found by walking down the Mannum motel driveway. If you're looking for a casual place to visit or just relax beside the river with a coffee or wine, then the Mannum Motel can offer you all this. Mannum Cafe is located overlooking the Murray River, with Paddle boats, river cruises, museum, steam engine displays, antique stores, playgrounds and more all close by. Looks can be deceiving from the outside. The cafe is located within the motel. Walk down the brick driveway and half way in you will see the Cafe Mannum welcome sign. Once inside you are transformed into open seating area with options to eat outside whilst checking out the view. Meals came in reasonable timr and staff friendly. Ordered the carp and streak.

My husband and I along with a group of 10 friends had a fabulous meal here last Thursday night. The staff member who served us did an incredible job looking after us.They offered to open up the next day for breakfast so we returned for another fabulous meal and again great service. We will certainly return when ever we come back to Mannum.

A bit disappointed with the choices on the menu as the majority of dishes are fish based. Would like to see more variety as not everyone wants fish. Have always had a lovely meal at the Cafe last night jost left me a bit disappointed.

Stayed last night and thought the food was amazing, staff extremely accommodating and nice and friendly. We loved our room and the girls were wonderful. Went out of their way to show us how to get to the room etc. Would love to stay again. Service was awesome. Thank you all again. Will happily be back again.

The friendly staff at Mannum made a great impression. The restaurant selection the entire day was wonderful and in pleasant surrounds with the outlook to the river and ferry. Shall return . Robyn McCleary

The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. The room were very out dated and they need sliding doors to enjoy the view at the river front rooms.

I CANNOT fault this place!!! The room was spacious, immaculately clean & the staff helped me get accommodation in a minutes notice when it was too hot to go camping with my 5 yr old on Australia Day Long weekend. I would travel just to get their schnitzel alone :) Thanx guys, doing a great job!

Clean tidy rooms. Nice location. Well priced. Unfortunately my tea was cold....lamb shanks and mashed potatoes. Wifes meal was hot....guess my meal was plated first....otherwise ok.

Best Value Breakfast Ever and it was Yummy. Friendly staff. Relaxing location over looking the river.

Great service hands down. Very accomodating. Friendly stuff. Great meals. We stayed in the family suit it was more than I expected has its own little kitchen with stove/oven. Kettle and microwave provided as well. Thank you for a great stay.

Great place to stay and eat. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Food was delicious and staff were very helpful and friendly. Situated across the road from the river with nice views.
