Review Subway - Marcoola

Subway Marcoola Beach is a top part of this global chain and I love it. We're staying across the road at the Ramada Marcoola Beach and we felt like a simple salad & sandwich. This Subway was great! The staff are wonderful, did a great job, lots of filling and it was perfectly done to Subway spec. Great spot, LOVE THEIR WORK!

great service at this subway! the blonde girl who served me did a wonderful job at making my sub, as well as being a delightful, bubbly young lady to talk to, will recommend this subway

Giving a three start rating because one staff shouldn't bring the whole team down but the girl with dark brunette hair at 9.20am today was soooo rude. Blunt, cold, reluctant to do anything. Never said hello, just obviously didn't want to do the job.

Never had many issues here, though the opening and closing times seem to be a bit random, you can't really bet on this place being open when you go, even when the door says they are open at that time. Always clean, staff have always been very friendly and fast.

First time I've been charged for cheese at Subway, and couldn't choose my salads? Apparently that's the case if you get the lunch deal haha, it's pictured with cheese guys...

went to subway at 7:22pm on Friday night, we walked across from Surf-air, all the chairs were up, lights were off, an no one was inside, just making this complaint as it’s 2 hours before closing time, i’m not trying to get the worker in trouble but i think it is quite inconvenient as when we went up a lot of people told us they were closed way before closing time.

Today we left Subway Marcoola feeling very saddened for a junior team member. She was clearly very new possible the first or second shift. When we arrived she was on her hands and knees hunched over scrubbing the grout in the tiles in the main entrance. She was asked to come and make our subs which she was very unsure of and was left with no help or guidance. We then sat to eat and she was told to go back to the scrubbing. We were there for 30 minutes and she was on her knees with no knee support hunched over and scrubbing. She wasn’t given any cleaning gloves to wear and it was clearly hurting her back as she kept getting up to stretch it. This just seems so cruel and we all felt so sorry for her as the other 2 team members were talking. I understand cleaning is apart of the job but I feel she is not learning the food skills she needs while on the floor scrubbing grout all shift. Not to mention the workplace safety of her positioning and hands in the cleaning products without protection. If this was my daughter I would be furious that this was her initial experience in a new job. This should have been a time for education and food prep skills.

Fresh in best this place knows how to make food fast fresh and service with a smile thanks young lady you made my day

Hungry. No bread and still hungry turned away at 8.00 not happy just hungry <br/>I love subway but I don't think a sandwich place should run out of bread this early <br/>Great staff just no food

Just wondering how this place can have no bread at 8.00 <br/>Curious to know how a sandwich place can turn you away bec they can't make a sandwich <br/>Not sure this is a good way to look after your customers <br/>Nice staff <br/>Great service <br/>But I'm hungry <br/>Maybe the Chinese store next door I'm sure there's food there just not as healthy

1. Didn't put on my sandwich what salad I wanted<br/>2. Didn't charge us the meal deal. Worked out more expensive

Sandwiches always neatly made and staff are always very friendly :)
