Why even have online ordering if it takes 2 hours for your food to be ready? I understand it's not the staffs fault but something needs to be done here.

Walked in and all the tables haven't been cleaned, food all over the floor, rubbish and food on the chairs and can see finger prints all over the front door. I know it was busy and they probably didn't have time but it was not covid safe in there. ordered food and burger buns were so stale the buns
Every time I order chicken from KFC Mareeba its never fresh and its always old and soggy. Chucked straight into bin.
Very disappointed and finally decided not to go back to this place ever.
Would not recommend this place, waste of hard earned money.
I thought the front steps were dirty, but was astonished at how filthy the floors were inside. Clearly not cleaned in a long time.

On entering the Mareeba restaurant, the floor was littered with food and rubbish. The tables were had not been cleared and the chairs were all over the place. The chicken was poorly coated and overcooked and dry. I wouldn't go there again.
Much better presentation of store. Team members on shift appeared to be twins 😄. Interaction with customer was good, teamwork and communication between the team members was outstanding. Keep up the good work - well done
It's KFC. Same old same old consistently the same time in time out. Chips needed more salt.
